When you think about the Nathan Southerland case the resounding question by all is how is it possible for a young woman to deliver to full term a child without a single notation of those ordinary noted events charted such as menstruation cycles. Gazing over the wall of silence we see the wall of silence created by the the wall of silence created by the wall of fear. Programing fear in nursing by disciplining nurses for doing their job disrupts pt. safety by interfering with pt. advocacy. The CNA, or anybody else, may even alter documentation that such & such even occurred or didn’t occur. Keeping the trail clear for undetected issues that do not make discovery. Academia now leading a charge against nursing regulatory agencies for excessive discipline against pts.’ advocates. Their curriculum title is selected silencing of advocates. Years ago it was common for nurses to get pelted with fists from a ill pt whose medicated brain didn’t get a rest as the E.R. nurse dealing with disrupted pts. Those standards are available by territory and are proprietary with the department and has been noted for decades. Silencing pts’ advocates with false narratives is violence against nursing. Mt. Everest rapid rise. The entire new curriculum of pt advocacy isn’t complete without the knowledge of the damages done to nursing and pts. because of unjust actions by nursing regulatory agencies. No new curriculum designates any nursing board by name, however is not shy defining that experience as nearly a psychological abortion known to equal a Roswell, N.M. taste of innocence ruled by corruption. If we closely pay attention to some politicians we’ll not be blinded by what the government is doing. Getting bigger & bigger. The AZBN last meeting brought forward another case of clear violations to existing state statutes. Listening to ABF r.n. try to navigate through the land mine filled course created by the Bd highlighted precisely what is in the bowels of this regulatory agency. At the end of the Bd’s hearing, now Bd president McCormies, classified the miserable denial decision as ‘Bd’s Discretion’ and the ultimate point stands by itself. The obvious statute violations in this case are totally irrelevant and sets another precedence for nurses to come to the realization that years of solid nursing performance without complaints gets you nothing. The Bd does not follow its own rules & state laws whose action goes to severe social & economic damages. The double standard of this Bd’s actions, accompanying the Attorney General’s illegal actions has tentacles reaching awareness to the public when the horrors in health care are brought forward. Having a group control the largest working force in the world with simply discretionary delights and no laws is tyranny.

Focus brought to complaint stats sheds enormous light on just what this Bd does, or pretends to do. If you randomly view 100 complaints you’ll find about 3-6 actual patient’s complaints. The rest is adm actions and a huge portion of those are administratively processed whose legal motions are driven without a public complaint. Yeah, there is a law for that too; but its not followed.

Reviewing Bd schedules reads like a Washington, D.C. lawyer’s convention, not to mention the enormity of active Bd staffing. Trying to find a patient complaint, even an invalid one, is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. With out administration’s actions there is little work. This agency is the Grand Central of the $ exchange where nurses routinely get tossed under the bus while many get away with felony endangerment, whose attorneys play roles in refueling the buses. For the outsider I would say if you find an attorney with their throat slashed in alley in Phoenix I would be honored if you came here first for suspects R/O.

The concept that many nurses don’t give a hoot about other nurses are the prevailing winds at AZBN. More later. This little diddly probe by a nurse illegally abused by AZBN is in the reckoning state of mind.

Smith: Snap, Crackle, & Pop, “New Names” they yelled, “New Names, Oh Yeah”, Snap, Crackle, & Pop could hardly contain their emotions at the annual NCSBN meeting as the director announced bad nurses would be identified by new names in the nurseys,org site in order to keep a watchful presents over them.  Snap was a devout catholic, while Crackle was a mormon, Pop’s spiritual practiced was whichever way the wind blows.  The director continued…”All nurses who blew the whistle on a medical facility over patient harm would be given a new name, and treated like the criminals they are”.  The director continued…. “Nurse whistleblowers would not be tolerated….”,  about that moment Snap, Crackle, & Pop was so excited over the good news they leaped from their seats all at once and rushed towards the podium, the director was so taken aback by the weight of human flesh rushing towards her she quickly moved backwards, and slid behind the stage curtain.  Crackle reached the podium first and seized the microphone, all that could be heard was a screeching crackle, next came Snap and her 4’11” inch height, as she reached for the microphone Crackle slapped her hand away but that only enraged Snap, a powerful blow caught Crackle under the chin, Crackle went down like a bowling pin, she toppled over and rolled a foot away from the podium.  Pop reached the stage wild eyed and yelling, “KILL KILL KILL”.  Pop leaned in to the microphone with Snap, all that could be seen from the audience of Snap was her dyed brown hair, forehead, and eyes due to her height but her words could not be forgotten.  “No good Nurse has ever been sanctioned”. “KILL KILL KILL” could be heard from Pop in the background.  Snap went on to say, “There is no such thing as whistleblower retaliation, and there are no federal laws that protect whistleblowers, anyone who speaks of these words would be censored, cancelled, and silenced.” Pop could still be heard in the background saying, “KILL KILL KILL”.  Snap continued…”Anyone mention whistleblower retaliation you will get this”, Snap then took the microphone and placed it against Pop’s lips and she could be heard louder than before, “KILL KILL KILL”.  The two PA nursing board members looked at one another then swallowed hard, one said to the other, “Act calm, and blend in, we can slide away quietly after there is a bathroom break”.  Snap, and Pop had got their message across, Snap placed the microphone in its holder before exiting the stage, about that time Crackle regained consciousness, and started to stir, she sat up dazed and said, “Is the party over?” Crackle thought to herself, “Man this hangover is worse than the one I had from that Schlitz Malt Liquor.”

Once I had employment that sometimes would leave us unable to go to work and we’d be stranded in a big city for several days before the weather would allow us to return to work. I would find my way to the local/county /U.S. Courthouse to be entertained. New York City had 24/7 that was super educational. Once a prosecutor defined a defendant as presumed guilty for witnesses identified defendant as having unique Tattoo. Whatever error the prosecutor made became evident when stated defendant lacked any such tattoo. The defense attorney referred to the prosecutor’s work as a ‘Real Gem’. The look on the judge’s face, as well as the prosecutor’s face made it clear that ‘Gem’ is an industry known slang as idiot.

So if you’re trapped on a deserted island and found a large valuable diamond on the beach what could you do with it?? There is nobody to exchange anything with. None-the-less its value remains high. So you’re a nurse whose been illegally rim-racked by the AZBN , and you’ve got ‘Gems’ for evidence, what can you do with it?? I mean we all know about the corrupt adm law court, not to mention defendant attorneys openly calling this Board an ‘Absolute Monster’ I know there are you going the way of an outside court. The passing of this knowledge to active nurses, especially the students, is essential for morality to be be weighed. We, the ‘Gems’ Carrying crowd, have been duped by our own consciousness of innocence. Blindly adhering to the moral high ground thinking it’ll all be good as we got right on our side. Nightingale was clear about Nursing Boards remaining in education with no connections for monitoring for several reasons, but paramount was statistical gathering of nurse entities which associations with illnesses became a conclusive successful treatment. Basically only the nurse, and more importantly, nurses in the field of patient contact were the only ones capable of assessing nursing functions.

Time stands still for U.S. to be very high in the field of health care quality practicing hands on training with Nightinel principles with classroom closely associated with hands on follow-up training. By 1988 the advancements created more patients whom were allowed less clinical time; the workload increases, the need for more staff increases the machines get more sophisticated to do the clinical numbers. The socially trained nurses disappears, or in the State of Arizona, gets busted for doing good deeds, the artificial intelligent control moves in. And keeps moving. 

The robots now seen on the horizon compared to what is already in place, AKA homo sapiens is accepted as simply doing a better job. When have you seen a machine not do a better job? Artificial intelligence can easily take over regulatory agencies and do a much better job and free up those wasted positions of high dollar employee costs to reduce the massive nurse shortage seen everywhere. 

Therefore, the future of regulatory agencies lies in the hands of robots as they’re incorruptible, way less costly than the millions paid out to employees whom are poorly perceived by the public; for good reason. Believing this or not, it is right in front of you. Can you imagine just having aka atm where you input the evidence of a compliant and get an answer in a few minutes. Its possible. There is little confusion in concluding that the founder of modern nursing was opposed to licensing nurse’s board in rules of registration. This fact is made evident not only from the U.K’s Nursing board’s original educational goals which remained paramount throughout Nightingale’s strangle-hold of the board, but also the lack of actual registration in U.K. for nursing. The U.S. boards convened generally by the 1930s and soon issued licenses with monitoring soon to follow. Nightingale’s Board issued educational certificates in basic health issues: implementation and monitoring of patient care was managed in the field. This approach to the betterment of nursing care is the foundation of modern nursing. U.K. licenses issued for board monitoring were not implemented until Nightingale had long departed.

As this page is well informed of criminal activity through the AZBN connecting several others non compliant with the state’s laws which end up causing innocent victims harm. That sentence was not meant to be eloquently stated. AKA a crime in anybody’s book. The justice in search of rectifying these crimes is nonexistent within the system that created it. The long history of Arizona’s corruption within the inner circles is seen on the outer edges by studying the courts within the system that make these cases fly in favor of the system’s $. The revival of the Nurse Trujillo case, so eloquently posted here recently is a good knowledge shot in the arm.

If the unfound justice continues on the inner road known to go to hell is altered to go to the other side I myself do not believe in either side. The are many cases in Az., and Nv., not to mention others, whose total outcome does not favor the truth. The effort is profound and the passion is with you, and support can be found simply by continuing to advance upon the documentation of such visits to the other courts and fossilize that evidence in Nursing History. As taciturn behavior this may appear to the progressives my part is documentation of these events and even to support’s Nightingale’s principal in Modern Nursing that registration and monitoring is not a board function and conclusively does not support public safety. Making this part of permanent Nursing History is crucial.

In 2026 new grads, in a rich environment of employment opportunities, can not easily be hired in Arizona? Tax payers are buying out of state traveling nurses to support nurse staffing shortage.
