Inside the Medical Mafia & AZBN

A foolish faith in authority is the worst enemy of the truth. Albert Einstein

Openly violating a state law by using power on licensees without legal authority is here, today.

The changing functions and behaviors of professional nursing have continually been in transition since the profession began. The days of nursing in the 1860s and the Florence Nightingale period of nursing was centered around the focusing on simply making the patient survive which was, at that time, have been a divine intervention if they did. Infections ran rampant killing patients on a regular basis. That period of innovations that markedly improved that deadly period of poor patient outcomes was moved to success by Florence and her remarkable understanding that bacteria and other microbes grew from basically uncleanliness, as well as the mixing of the patient environment. To this day her knowledge of these issues remains a mystery as so little microbiology knowledge was known then. Her tornado approach to create cleanliness could be called the 8th wonder of the world.

The transition from that period to today has been one scientific invention after another. promoting intentional better patient outcomes. Like all successes and promotions to greatness there is a balance between competition and, since the 1980s, profit. The mix of successful patient outcomes running neck and neck with financial success can create losses of an unpredictable nature. As broad and perhaps as confusing as that statement may sound producing the evidence to substantiate this has been the fact of a struggle of pain and suffering for many patients. By the 21st century many studies have stated that the third leading cause of death is in fact the health care system itself. This is now well known and accepted. Dissecting that statement into a realistic fact which could give reasons, is a job that could also be aided by divine intervention. Essentially it is a monstrous undertaking that could give those that are on the inside of this medical industry to shy away. It is so much easier to walk away. There are now 100s, if not 1000s of published articles and books clearly defining the events raising the body count. The coverups of such events is also noteworthy.

The nurses surrounded by this issue are now sweating bullets, or should be, trying to keep their profession from falling completely apart. it is now a classified nightmare working the acute care hospital as a nurse. The inability to bring much of nursing knowledge forward that sheds light on the events promoting exposure is clouded by several major powers.

Under the general heading of the Medical Mafia, a common term throughout the health care industry, there resides several power structures. Hospitals are often the manipulators of evidence that can conclusively pinpoint corrupted practices. The control of record keeping is their own combination system which has to involve others, and frequently does. This is not as complicated as it would seem. What can not be altered or fabricated is lost or deleted, and by only one person. This process would involve physicians, nurses, and medical records clerks. The flip side is that there are just as many hospitals, health care facilities who they themselves are victims of those they hired. Common sense would tend to light up the fact that this is bad business for them to alter evidence. Many do not create obstructions and loose fortunes.

The next category is attorneys hired by just about anybody, either by the victim or the defendant. Depositions are altered in transcripts as routine that are flown by judges who are either bought or financially connected to see or not to see, This is a potent statement defining corruption so direct illustrations of such are avoided to prevent retaliation. Retaliation involves police, private individuals with intimidation tactics. These tactics can easily be following the whistle blower, threatening phone calls, fabricated civil suits and more. This category is a remarkable study of pure evil.

The law enforcement category is more vague in that patrolmen status law enforcement are not making decisions on their own. However, they do what they’re told and when involved are probably not getting accurate information from their superiors. Going into a targets’ house when they’re not home is not uncommon. So you see we can do this, and leave indications of their presence. Focusing in where told is a major power point of the medical mafia.

The physician category is very difficult to assess without upsetting many people. It has to be conclusive that unreported medical mals which cause harm must pass a physician somewhere along the way. With the large number of these now at the head of the class in many major universities and medical schools we can easily conclude that physicians play a major role in the medical mafia outfit. The simple fact that these events are well known and brought forward in the classrooms defines progress. Many younger physicians refuse to take the smoking baton from the establishment. This is a very good sign. However, being misled still exists.

The patient category is also noteworthy in the present day debacle of the health care systems. How can patients be victims at the same time as being nearly a perpetrator? There is an odd group of patients whose pursuing intent is to garnish attention and also under go instrumentation to legally obtain drugs, as well get long term attention and drugs. Therefore, failed surgeries and or treatments work in their favor. If that sounds totally absurd and off of the grid, it is more common than one could imagine.

The regulatory agency category is another very vague arena as the evidence brought to agencies like medical boards and nursing boards is often the definition of obstruction. Reported nurses are frequently targeted with fabricated evidence to stop the sound of the whistle. However, many former members and retired medical professionals have spoken before many a legislature giving specifics for captured agencies. A captured agency would be defined as having members who’ve got interests in the reporting system. It has been stated that these agencies are a waste of taxpayers resources and should be disbanded. It would be at this point that could effect change to assist the health care system for safer patient outcomes, don’t count on it. Most regulatory agencies are steeped to their chins on political corruption. Arizona has a group called ombudsmen whose claim to tax payers wallets is to make sure the agencies are following rules and laws. This group is another enormous waste of tax revenue. This group does whatever they’re told and have zip effectiveness in guarding the public from the quacks that have roamed the state freely for years. The Ombudsmen unit is nothing but a cover up for the AZBN & the Attorney General. Murder by neglect and abuse isn’t hard to find. You just have to know where to look. The citizens and many health care workers are the victims.

This article is a short piece and avoids specifics for legal reasons that have been previously identified which in turn brought these statements forward. Felony endangerment exists in many cases that goes unreported because of the power of the medical mafia. The nursing profession marked huge advancements in patient survival in the very early days. We have come full circle in our homeland that brings us back to the beginning, again. The ability of the nurse to side step these land mines of deceit and corruption, and get these to an honest venue is an art that requires patience and in many cases a nurse that can afford to loose a career. Retaliation is common.

I can not speak to actual dollar exchange as forensic accounting was not investigated. I would say that hiding cash isn’t as difficult as the general public thinks it is.

Calling the Medical Mafia a force within the health care system without identifying big pharmacy would not be thorough. The knowledge of that system pretends to explain the courses the general public looses in life and dollars for being involved with many different medications. WE here at the watchdogs focus on what we know. AZBN is part of the Medical Mafia we know.

The governor has repeatedly put forth an agenda to help licensed workers get working and avoid over regulation. It looks absolutely wonderful in the house and in the local papers that he is busy getting deregulation passed. Whatever these agencies do to ignore this is a mystery that perhaps he could shed more light upon. Students and the general public sees agencies are practising power against licensees without the legal authority to do so. The AZBN & Attorney General answers to nobody.

Unprofessional Behavior AZBN

Many nurse comments here define that Boards should have more categories to assist nurses in corrective behavior that doesn’t take their lives. We need help here.

https://www.thepetitionsite.com/423/443/415/end-all-board-of-nurses-denial-of-civil-rights-and-due-process/

To anonymously prophesize with the pen gives rise to many questions when the content seems not only accurate but targets unethical activities by governmental agencies. Articles and comments here have been almost totally anonymous which in spite of its apparent passions from posters still lacks the credibility needed in today’s world of ‘fake news’ to accurately focus in on the wasted activities of many regulatory agencies and give believability to content. We have many nurse stories of failure in their careers from civil and domestic activities and behaviors completely unrelated to clinical nursing. Not even to mention the spin the bottle routine of the useless psychological evaluation knee jerk response of an over regulated agency.

Writing credible content must be collaborated with evidence as well as the originator identifying responsibilities to promote a legal  course of action to sustain an attack for fraud and or slander.

Sherry had asked us not to use her name, although her story posted here has little difficulty in identifying her as the victim of the AZBN malfeasance. Her story about the loss of her license remains the anchor for reform of government malfeasance.

Tina was an advanced practice nurse who got socially involved with a newly licensed male nurse that spent 10 years as a police officer.  Steve Gonos was a bad police officer asked to leave police service for unethical actions. Now he is a nurse taking care of your young Johnny. Their relationship was not intimate, and had zip to do with nursing. Whatever fell apart between the two came to a head online with hurt feelings/threats by a fake web page. The AZBN seldom believes or identifies with nurses, and in this case offered Tina probationary status of her license. She, like many nurses, are subject to clinical probation for non clinical issues. Once you become a humane, dedicated nurse your drone abilities leave you and you become a target of the powerful agency which goes through enough staff in one year to staff a good size facility. That says a lot. The goal of the AZBN is to intimidate nurses into responses that the Board can additionally use against the nurse and eliminate them. This justifies themselves and with the help of prick AG Brnovich Colonel Custer stands a better chance at a walk than an honest nurse who had a bad day, out of the clinical area.

Although there are multiple cases of nurses, not unlike Tina’s case, the Board is so overwhelmed with regulatory responsibilities they must lie, manipulate and intimidate to stay abreast of their own legislature initiatives. However comma they DO NOT apply all the laws, which will hopefully reveal in the federal arena the footprints of corruption.

“Protecting the Public” the Road To Reform AZBN

Petition is pointed at AZBNs’ over regulation and the pathetic presentations of corrupted charges against many nurses and nurses’ assistants. Be a part of the expose against agency over regulations.

https://www.change.org/p/the-arizona-board-of-nursing-is-not-following-due-process-and-discriminatorily-targets-some-nurses-while-letting-other-truly-dangerous-nurses-go-unscathed/u/23143126

As 2018 comes to a close the political arrangement made noteworthy in the  general public arena that reform in the regulatory agencies had success through the law makers and governor and was connected to protecting the public. Nurses being part of the public, and with the 2018 implementation of SB 1452 Chpt 191 revised statutes to not only regulate all health regulatory agencies who connect with a vulnerable public but with less witch hunt powers.  New laws restricting health boards’s powers by setting statute of limitations on prior licensees violations, term limits on board members as well as eliminating boards ability to file a compliant on its own motion. And more. As these are now laws, we can only expect the law to be followed. And if you believe that, I’ll tell you another one. Much has been documented in factual terms that represent the unnecessary, and in some cases illegal loss of nurses licenses where cause and effect for other catastrophic events has grossly broken the public’s’ image of the agencies. These documents are history & some are opined, and anonymity requested which tingles the fear nerve. In spite of injustice told they hide. Although many nurses have recently come forward with openness about their cases, many demanded anonymity. Key word is demanded?

Presently the Health Services Agencies have been centrally located on the Government Center near the state house. Getting all the agencies to abide by the new laws and adapt to the new environment maybe too much for them. A huge move. Getting evidence out of compounds surrounded by barbed evil won’t be easy. Thanks to so many who’ve come forward and created the avenue for reform through shear pain with no remorse.

Wasted Tax Payers Dollars.AZBN

A woman who spent her life dedicated to nursing and delivery of compassion to those in need, AKA Giah Cruz. The system used to eliminate her from delivering nursing care was and is corrupted by people with a bankrupted moral compass who’ve got little knowledge of active nursing and are ruling this nurse unfavorably out of pure political arrangements whose agenda is related to $$. This nurse was under the anonymous online persona of Giah Cruz instead of her real name Carol Schaeffer; trying to stay safe from the AZBN who is well established in filing motions on its on complaints about on line personas. So if you ladies are showing too much leg, or tell a pimp off==beware the AZBN will find a way of backstabbing you after laying down a welcome map.

Randy Quinn AZBN President 26/27 July 2018 Mtg Critique

https://www.change.org/p/danielle-salomon-azdoa-gov-arizona-board-of-nursing-corruption-needs-to-stop-now

“View every day as if it is your last day of peace.”

The new facility for health care agencies is centered in the government center in downtown Phoenix, Az. It has easy access with ample parking.

All cases heard today, or now posted here have already been determined, paper work aligned to completeness, before this facade meeting for the hoodwinking of the general public. The view of protecting the general public costs Arizona about 2 unreported deaths created by medical error every hour.  The patient doesn’t matter anymore, unless you’re John McCain.

The meeting was conducted by the President Randy Quinn, whose presence is maintained and always in control of every move. His visual gained from years of nurse assessments is an out of shape, middle aged man with hypertension. The standard issue, plain white shirt & tie of sorts easily expressing the system and the AZBN will today pass judgement.

The first case on Thurs. was that of reissue application for well known whistleblower R.N. Peary Allen Brown. A very interesting case of a medical mal that eventually brought down a grossly incompetent physician who was prime witness against Brown. The hearing showed Quinn as a mean mumbling mad man with fear. Very quick denial of license  to which Brown later said, “It was Biblical, almost to the tee.” Quinn giving dirty looks and welcomed Brown at the same time. After the vote Brown Left and came back in; two armed police from Maricopa County showed up and stayed the whole time and followed Brown out at lunchbreak. Brown was seen talking to many eager looking students.

A few cases a Sage Mark Dunham had borrowed $ from hospice patient. Respondent claimed isolated incident and got probation and ethics course.

Atty Williams allowed by Quinn to disrupt schedule by retrieving a lost client in the hall. Quinn made no dirty looks here, pleasant. The same part of town.

Narcotic addicted nurse pleads well for time leniency in program and gets it.

Kimya Khales per parents complaint to dismiss after nurse not clamping line leading to childs death. Dismiss/Banner. Oh Randy Please save us.Parents gasping still.

Nurse with purple hair defining erratic driving as fatigue from nursing and seemingly passing field sobriety test and not charged. Gets dismissal and we have absolutely no reason to conclude this case had merit to even be there.

Very distracting the cops watching every move, left at noon & headed towards Mexican restaurant, nurse instructor & students agreeing Board itself should have some kind of monitoring. Students show additional interests about civil matters which Board seems involved with?

Other cases of note defined a cross section of social issues that were evident simply by the way some of the respondents were dressed. A tall man of retirement age came in and sat in front of me. He was exactly the Michelin Man replica wearing, shorts, sandals and a shirt made from a torn scallop net and carrying a large beach bag like straw bag as a purse. He sat in front of me for for 5 mins rumaging through his beach bag before being called to the Bd. I could see his plumber’s crack. I tried to get Beth A. Campbell’s attention so she could fire one of her world reknown flesh eating spitballs down his crack but that turned out to be a stretch, even for Beth.

Quinn mumbled some nothings out of horrible audios and dismisses this complaint on this R.N.  I thought he was from the carnival outside. I really Did. It changes images of Nursing In Arizona.

Being followed out of the building by real police who were neutral was not an issue, except the unnecessary costs on taxpayers.

27 Fri

We are biased here and consider “bad nurses’ our colleagues needing assistance and not one a bureaucratic  monster government agency can deliver.

Kent, who knows the Board very well is a gracious professional as always, Quinn still not over her comment,”judge rubber stamped it”. Quinn pretending it doesn’t go on. Why hide it.

Chelle, as usual, tells AZBN you scrutinize more than any other Board. Ha. Now you’ve got to defend your social media persona even though you have absolutely no idea what that is. Using social media in unrelated employment issues as tools against nurse is civil rights violation. Routine.

Agenda frequently askew with attorneys playing musical chairs with the schedule. Patient concerns are gone.

well the AZBON  had lots of ‘bad ‘ nurses at the meeting , crowded . actually that is a sick joke , most of them are not bad at all , not as bad as the BON ! !   AND STAFF!  . Unreal when i lived in WASH state they would have like THREE nurses before the AZBON .

well miss april covia requesting a rehearing , Krishna , who is part of a dead end entry level job , pretends to know what she is doing . Actually Cobia appeared to be very shrewd and quick, with answers , and objections. Kinda of a waste of time since the AZBON does not grant rehearings, no matter how they skirt around it.

MS Kent , who knows the board very well is gracious as always. Appears that mr UNPROFESSIONAL himself Randy quinn still has not gotten over her saying “the judge rubber stamped it ” we all know this goes on, so why pretend it does not RANDY QUINN, who taught you to ‘pretend ” things are real???

the number of ‘failure to respond is quite high, is the AZBON sending to wrong address’s ??? like they havent done that , purposely !  I think who ever is responsible for this , would kill a patient if let lose ,

so many of the settlement , you just knew by looking at the nurses faces they did not do what they signed to bury it and put it away. , in a way you cant blame them but then again, most would not cave in , not anyone who is interested in doing the right thing.

so strange agenda , ‘list available at the board office , but get there NO ONE KNOWS what is going on !

and the psych evals flying again. the azbon is ordering without regard to cost, to the nurses.

dont forget a new investigator LORAL PULTZ,   makes you wonder what they tell these people on interview . cant you hear JOKEY RIdenour? ‘now if you can go HARD of these people we do not want you here, we will guide you what nurses we want to target on more than others, they need to learn a lesson ! ”   you know we are for public safety (SCREAMING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   saying it jokey does not make it true !     This woman is looking rough, smith who has been at board , comes and goes is just as nasty as before , and the tall homely “beth??  from atty Gen office, is a real story teller, makes you sick they way she thinks she has to sit there and lie and make someone look like the biggest animal in the state , when in fact time to look in the mirror , !   ok so the day was long the education report is like WTF is Malloch doing back at the board , give if up and get some younger blood , !!!

This

All of the above is compiled from first hand view and on site assessment. There are many missing cases but the mission to bring activities/opinions forward into public view is partially complete.

The police of Maricopa County conducted themselves as professionals promoting a sense of safety by a neutral image presence.  Being called there is a Board initiation that does not support the Board. They are peace keepers for all. Not needed since few, if any, could ever breach the security of two trained police with guns. Of course that is the point of it, except other breach easy.

Perhaps a nurse of many years can give an easy view:

It is with o try
I remember one nursing student tell me
If the board put you on probation that is because you deserved it .
I said I’m not a criminal say that to me again after you have worked as a nurse for a couple of years.
Randy Quinn told the nursing students if you don’t stand up for your self
You will never make it in nursing .
I say stand up for your self in nursing and you’ll get fired.

Be aware of your health care, and your neighbors too.

The only valid way to tolerate Quinn; Hypoxic & Lethargic

Amanda Trujillo, R.N. & The AZBN or The Valerie Smith’s SDummies’s Course For How to Break Confidentiality of a Corpse.

Upon first interview with the then enamored nurse it was very apparent to those with a half a brain that this person had what it took to be a real nurse. What can that be a real nurse? The transition into today’s automated, robotic, milieu of dollars and cents from a caring and concerned foundation of yesteryear does not go easy for real nurses. Nurse Trujillo represents the true meaning of, “No good deed goes unpunished.” By the time the system got done with her, and she openly told the world, many experienced nurses would come to realize that nursing, as we know it, is dead. At least in Arizona. Objectively one could easily argue that a statement as profound as that can not be concluded from just one case. This page is loaded with many cases, and unfortunately not a single nurse, except Nurse Trujillo would allow her name to be openly used. The behind the facade of the seemingly public safety agency lies the miserable right wing of extremism of greed and power. In a town that supports big pricks like Arpaio you’ll not only get massive perjured events but unprecedented collisions driven by greed. Amanda Trujillo, R.N. was able to make this clear with her wonderful literary style of honesty. It was so cool viewing so many modern day over educated chameleons defending a corrupted agency when in fact there was many more Nurse Trujillos turned into zombies by this automated establishment. How can this be cool? Its when the whole room knows the truth and the witnesses are lying that stirs up that emotion well known to accompany the truth.

Thanks to all this political punishment the U.S. is left with the worse quality health care rating in the industrialized world. Can it be said that these nurse abuse cases represent the fall of safety which is now staring us all in the face? It is merely one aspect in combination with greed that is killing us. Those who place faith in this system will eventually find out they are no longer part of the great Kingdom that potentially exists. And some will lose their lives, and the lives of loved ones due to medical error, and not have a clue that the dose of Vanco was three times what it should have been. Not possible? Every hour 2 people die in the state of Arizona due to undocumented medical errors. Key word, ‘undocumented.’ Die with that. We don’t remember the AZBN bad tactics as much as remembering their silence in the damages to our loved ones. Nurse Trujillo is just one of the many loved ones.

Valerie Smith was the great white in Amanda’s case, although far from being alone, it was a routine feeding frenzy on an uncooperative nurse whose original documents published were of 2 yrs old of an event not filed until AZBN needed something more?? So a non public c/c never brought forward b/c at the time of the original event there was no evidence of the event. Yeah…this bd will do just about anything you can think of to nurses  and their assistants. The crimes against Amanda perpetrated by Smith are the truth of the violence against nurses, and their assistants. I could not walk downtown if I knew what the the general public now knows about something as evil as what Smith did to Amanda.

Sleepless Injustice

The continuing review of posts & comments deletes any comment mentioning the name specifically of any spiritual group.  1/9/2018

When this first came in as a complaint it did strike a cord of truthfulness and honesty as the accuracy, at least in a single view, is true. A Respondent from a AZBN complaint writes to Watchdogs:

I have changed my mind about meeting with you or anyone from your group.  My belief system is different than yours. I have seen where your group put things on the web that was disturbing, things like calling that J. Dahn a queer, you put the headstone over that J. Ridenour’s pic, you called that lawyer ugly and posted her DUI on your web page, and you make very rube statements about Mormons, and that R.Quinn.  I am not against gays, people who make mistakes, blacks, nor can I post things about peoples children on the web, like I saw your group put on the web about that N. Austin child.  Do not contact me anymore via email or FB.  I do not know how you obtained a copys of my hearing date, but if anyone of you come to any of my hearings I was ask the Judge to remove you.

First off, the fact that a nurse would have a complaint pursued by the Bd after same nurse filed a civil safety complaint against the originator of that complaint, is pimp action. The slandering of religion connections has zero to do with their religion, beliefs, only naming them as the go between, a social bridge used to silence. Dahn appears queer as the term applies to odd, in that same nurse so out of shape couldn’t do 10 mins. of CPR. We call that odd, as in queer for her to pass judgement on other APs when her clinical skills have major issues. These character assassinations are viewed by you now as that. When you get at the end of your case your knowledge bin will be enormously filled with evidence, that only you know which the truth really is, & that bin is now empty. The knowledge you are about to gain and the faith you loose is a mere automated overlay off your case, details aren’t required. Being two yrs into it and headed for Adm Law Hearing? AKA The Green Mile. You Only Know What The Truth Is. The System Doesn’t Care What The Truth Is: It Only Follows The Money.

N.Austin wrote up a cheeseburger delivery to a cardiac pt. & put it as a violation on the Adm Law hearing site. This is a classic witch hunt for political reasons.

Injustice Never Sleeps. Some of the ‘need to know’ is satisfied here.

Physician Discipline Vs. AZBN Nurse Discipline

Can any experienced nurse say that the treatment of complaints for physicians is equal to that of the AZBN for nurses. There is a long pause for you to scan over what you know physicians have done to create immoral and or unsafe conditions for many that are within their reach of damage? The level of complaints is voluminous enough to clog the system.

What creates the regulatory agencies to respond so differently under similar or identical violations is probably a matter of a systematic comparison of each discipline. A nurse who perhaps is a nurse anesthetist that leaves her intubated pt. and goes to the bathroom and overdoses on narcs diverted from her employer, and when found and awakened literally runs out to her car in the hospital parking lot, pt. still intubated. A nurse is criminally charged and immediate suspension of nurse license. True story; physician did the exact same thing=6Mos. lic suspension, Rehab, drug screening, back on the block making the $$.

So why the disparity in AZBN disciplinary actions beside other agencies such as the medical board?? Do physicians get off so much easier than nurses? We all know what the answer to that is and can any define what creates some of the most ridiculous cases against nurses? The love of money is the root of all evil. You got the money and are a physician you win, very few physicians have their license revoked. Disciplines are, in Az., posted but no details: unless Adm Law Hearing. Felonies which occur in relation to medical issues are an event of way more frequency that are diluted and deleted with the repeated expertise that comes with the De’Javu of  having been here before. The magician that makes honesty disappear, and reappear in their favor.

So I was charged with unprofessional conduct because of a dispute I had with the Patent Registry over their androidal invasiveness about registering a patent I created for a new perspirant, ‘Melineal  Delight’ is not an antiperspirant, but a perspirant to simulate perspiration of body order. It was designed for the new generations that want to give the appearance that they’re working. Stay at home Dads, retirees, returning home after college grads, and for others in adm that, ‘just like to see people sweat’, and want the full compliments for effect. The Bd came down big because of my disruptiveness in a public place.  Soy una enfermera, no un santo.

The Medical Mafia Tentacles Reach AZBN.

Back in the the mid nineties there were  huge medical medicare fraud indictments that delved into the billions of dollars lost in Florida through what the U.S. D.O.J. labeled the “Medical Mafia” later clarifying as groups that defraud the health care system.

If a similar term makes you think of drug dealers and criminals its only because the “Medical Cartel” phrase may easily be associated with a very bad social word. “Cartel”. And there is a reason for that.

Who is the medical cartel? They are the Guardians of the Dollar Flow. They decide which supply and demand system will generate the most money. They turn over slam dunk cases, they destroy anything that touches their money. They own Washington. So when a Banner Facility decides to defile a nurse through the AZBN it is a gorgeous display of the Cartels’ tentacles enormous over reach. Falsifying evidence and childish testimony in the Boards’ most recent green mile event. No clinical events, just gender related trash. The sense of erroneous and illegitimate nurse behavirors will for the future wane away adequate nurses for the public.

When operating the managed reviews there at many regulatory agencies that are far and away from the real field of nursing. Who do you trust? Be that as it may, with the power house AZBN helping protecting the  public safety, why is the health care system itself  noteworthy for being the 3rd leading cause of death in the U.S.? The volume of complaints the Board reviews in accompanying responsibilities of educational standards has easily cracked the integrity of agencies’ veneer. As well as the AG and Adm Law Court.

The Arizona Board of Nursing The Green Mile

kangaroo-court-1

We Write The Orders That Kill Real Nurses’ Careers

The general consensus in America is that justice is available, not when you are a nurse. The Administrative Law Court on Washington St. in Phoenix, Az. is one of many corporate captured agencies through out the state. A mild way of saying corrupted.

If you are a nurse and have been scheduled to have a hearing by the Adm Law Court chances are you refused any deals the AZBON has offered against your license from a complaint filed. Chances are you refused because its BS and false. Your case moves up the line to the Adm Court AKA ‘The Green Mile’. Its street name is basically because whatever the outcome, and only less than 1 % are dismissed, your nursing career is dead. Electrocuted, and chances are you are there because you probably were human and did the right thing.

Experiencing the Green Mile will be an extension of what you’ve already experienced during your settlement. So you already know about the intimidation, bullying, lying, and unprofessional control. When you enter the Green Mile you enter at an office managed by a constipated cougar secretary sitting in a room filled with stuffed heads of nurses hanging on the wall. If somebody shot this woman upon first meeting they should only be fined for delay.  Being directed to a chamber which will frequently be decorated with an armed guard, that is if youre a real nurse who stepped on a quacks’ money train, a queer psychologist, Banner Health Care, or simply reported poor patient safety concerns. The guard will often approach you with evidence in your case in a manner to let you know he has your number. So you better not step out of line. I say ‘he’ as we don’t know of any female guards; bad for the Mormon image. You’ll sit through an unusually long period, which we assume defines the AZBON reason for getting paid, describing your case and the presentation of witnesses and prosecutor statements that you may in fact have never heard before. The witnesses could be anybody from a defunct cop who beats his wife, a quack surgeon wearing a lopsided wig, a crooked wife,  an antiquated sibling who if she had as many needles sticking out of her as in her, she’d be a porcupine, a convicted felon speaking on a cell phone that nobody can understand. The parade makes gay pride day look like a Hollywood script.  The judge will over rule every objection you have, after he is shaken awake. The prosecutor will advise the judge with either revoked or probation with stipulations specifically over regulated and unrelated to any nurse practice act violation. Welcome to the Green Mile, you are about to be executed, and chances are you are a very good nurse. Why else would you be here?

History may or may not recognize the writ but it will be viewed.
