13-3884. Arrest by private person
A private person may make an arrest:
1. When the person to be arrested has in his presence committed a misdemeanor amounting to a breach of the peace, or a felony.
2. When a felony has been in fact committed and he has reasonable ground to believe that the person to be arrested has committed the crime.
Some have cases of direct violation of state statutes which intentionally created a crime against the nurse. The general public and many nurses believe the AZBN follows state’s laws. Many nurses also know very differently; with evidence. I’ll do it, if somebody promises to bail me out, because they’ll kill me with their corruption, and totalitarian BS.

Socially its a stretch, legally is very doable for one specific person, not Ridenour. Slap the cuffs on as they’re going in the front door to a meeting.

When an entire association is formed with the entire mission of stopping this board of nursing (AZ) corruption , that speaks VOLUMES !.

Governmental corruption touches many other areas throughout the systems.
