If I see someone my own age, or close to it, and know this person, my judgement is tainted b/c a ‘value’ of their looks ill defines their true self. My looks and life are mine and can create disparities if I had to be truthful w/comparing others to me. Feeling superior will roll out to a negative milieu. My Hollywood looks and mental stability did not come easy, doing the best I can do in a friendly manner is critical to avoid social jealously that I am an expert in identifying. Turning the other cheek maybe my single most powerful tool in maintaining my own personal definition to others.

If a Physician From Hell drives a scope through a patient’s esophagus, tells no one , discharges home and tells them to drink water..?? All details cleaned up by lawyers and director Joey Ridenour defines this not a medicalmal. That is correct, it’s Felony Endangerment. It’s a gorgeous example of the evil that lives in the arrogant hearts of those hired to protect the public. And why would that happen to the loss of so many good nurses? It’s called greed. Nursing can not lift themselves out of these pits of horrors with people like Joey Ridenour at the helm. Truth and Honesty is dead in Phoenix costing the public loss of health care and vast fortunes leaving the state.

The Surgeon From Hell Part 2
Although there are multiple scenarios associated with This particular surgeon other bad physicians exist, very few reached the height of the ‘still operating’ with mental illness as did Isaac Thapedi.
This session involves being requested to meet Issac Thapedi in radiology for a patient consult, a patient known as a significant family member that Thapedi tooled me to tool her. At this point the patient was 43 y.o. Caucasian female w/ s/p cervical fusion and vertebrae removal; she had severe swallowing issues that caused major weight loss. This consultant session w/ local radiologist in exam room as well. A full single plane of patient’s xrays was on the viewer revealing all of spine. All of prior spinal surgeries were clear including lumbar images of note for askew alignment. Prior image of recent cervical surgery was also evident for similar assessment, by an experienced eye not considered professionally probative. That is me, decades of being a critical care nurse to be well seasoned w/game skin only in emotional patient contacts. Meaning this .meeting is a political arrangement.
Patient had two days prior lumbar steroid injections for low back pain. I now only know of lumbar surgery 20+ yrs prior from a military injury not considered disqualifying for labor light duty, meaning patient remained an essential worker and nor disabled. Not yet, but whilst cervical Thapedi’s Instrumentation, was already wearing away her esophagus Thapedi was shopping for a lumbar fusion w/PBrown, me, as the salesman. This is a multi level fraud w/cover ups case. Where? Upon questioning patient about Thapedi’s lumbar fusion, of the same, she stunningly said, “I already have had that surgery “.
Later, the same patient would be asked to do a redo of the failed cervical surgery that she didn’t need in the first place.
The events surrounding the statements here factually appear to be true. Many events of failure in the plain site of witnesses has lasting need for documentation for the future in the history which nursing educators can apply. These events in the inventory of Isaac Thapedi, occur as spinal surgery is worth a million dollar salary . The immorality needed to bring financial success is always negotiated by crooked cash register crooks calling themselves professionals such as; Lawyers, physicians nurses whose noted resumes Mohave County Arizona. The requests for stories about my connection w/thesurgeonfromhell have been multiple. A very well documented article does not exist because a criminal element exists whose ability to destroy lives of those who publish the evidence. Now that karma has taken Isaac Thapedi to hell, as well as his crooked attorney, T.Scott King…. there is only one left for God to nail… desperately leading that last Diablo w/vigor to point break, of no warm & fuzzy.
Patient shows up in post op major spinal surgery office appt w/104 temp and pus draining from large lumbar wound w/pain on top of post surgical pain. Nurse Rowan,therese, one each.; is at the gates of hell and tells patient, “it’s normal and will resolve”. Nurse charts in office record…VSS & wnl…within normal limits. The following day patient is admitted for MRSA wound infection, which leads to a port a cath infection all nearly taking his life. If O.R. infection rate jumps to 13% from 1% 6mos after Isaac Thapedi starts surgery is a clue for fools. A surgeon can not get an anonymous ride from hell by bumming a ride by just anyone. It takes vital locations w/multiple revenue flow prompted by fraud. Therese Rowan intentionally supported by Barry Schneider & false documented court records is a marvel of neglect and, in Isaac Thapedi’s cases, fraud. If you are unfortunate enough to come face to with the surgeon from hell….remember, he didn’t come to that location with the guidance of a Saint. Contemporaries know as do nurses know body locations. Lying Expert
During my early nurse training w/navy the first rule was honesty. Correct documentation of clinical events and vital stats inaccurately posted can cause serious outcomes for patients. One could easily fail this rule out of poor ambition and laziness and low integrity. Civil nurse training in Boston was as rigid as the navy.
Moving west to Arizona brought the nuances of health care capitalism concluding winning great salaries as the industry grew and grew. The growth of the mature emotions has to include ‘gratitude’ as very important in creating an avenue of safety for personal understanding as once I. I do not accept the Administrative Law Court rules related to hearsay and false documentation against April Cobia for factual reason never brought forward. Thye adminstrative law court judge has the the final say as the trier to determine the resolution of a case. No nurse has ever prevailed against the court either on the first go around and or appeal. The rules of evidence seen in higher courts have no meaning in this court owned by the AZBN. Steven Kessel, the crooked Adm Law Court Judge, ruled on the Cobia hearsay and false documentations complaints that he had no legal standing to rule on that. But he did. Its ‘AZBN, its all good.’
I‘ve read 100s of adm law court cases and interviewed many disciplined nurses and few who deny the AZBN motions for monitoring ever return to nursing. Diane Milhaskey, the initial Adm Law Court judge was the usual repeat offender by allowing Sunita Kreshna to violate ARS 32-1263.03 by moving on several Cobia’s complaints by their own motions. Kind of basic law limiting people like Krishna & Capone from filing its own income taxes. was fabricated for complaints she filed againts former employers as this bebavior of perjury and tampering with evidence is ancient history. Some of the dates of the complaints are older than four years which is in direct violation of the Health Professional Regulatory Act that was enacted in 2013. Its an act of Arizona Congress that is ignored over and over by the AZBN, Adm Law Court and Az Attorney general.
Details of the Nurse Cobia case represent many of the issues bedside nurses have experienced beyond the scope fairness which when delivered by an organizations that has No Laws to follow, The laws are written in English but to the former they simply do not exist.
There is a perfect window into the destruction of nursing coming from the organizaton of nurses who’ve been retaliated against for reporting of quacks and hacks in the the health care system. The social and career annihilation of Nurse Cobia represents, ‘No Good Deed Goes Unpunished’. When I first heard that I had no idea what it meant. After working in Arizona for a few years I know precisely what it means. Any reports of errors generally means tar & feathering.
If you are a student and remembering your history, throughout your entire life you’d best rethink filing for nursing in Arizona, If you spit balled somebody in the the six grade the AZBN will find it and theyll not give you a license if you failed to declare you were a former spit baller.
Nurse Cobia’s disorderly conduct charge that was dismissed was presented, again, as a Board’s motion which is also a violation by presenting evidence not jurisdictionally reviewed. I can not count the number of police reports, ancient history, that are included in cases that were dismissed or not reviewed in the county they were written in. In most states this is a civil rights violation, they don’t even know in Arizona.
The long list of violations in the April Cobia case is not outstanding and is another case that can be added to Nursing History which this site’s primary mission is. The only reason Carol S. was on probation for 8 years was because she could not find work . No one hires someone on probation, in fact she was fired from volunteer job at the VA when they found out her probation status . Probation for WHAT ? she did everything this crazed board asked .
