What most nurses know is that telling the truth will frequently cause damages to many including the nurse who speaks it. The damages many of my colleagues have recieved from administrative and regulations in Arizona by lies is monumental for even those in administration who lie about what a nurse has done, or failed to do. The opportunity to speak the truth is our defense and what we often see is administrative slaves who lie as they’re told to lie. Long gone Diane Milhasky, administrative law court lied. . for Joey Ridenour. Where does it come from?
An old time director, now deceased, Leah O’Neil, predicted the shortage of nurses for specific reasons related to nursing boards lying about nurse activities. She’d study nurse board cases and would get to contact many nurses and find many statements like,”No, it never happened that way.”
I seldom speak of my case but have many others to assess the slaves for Ridenour. The power trip over rides morality.
I would claim the truth spoken by me has created the strangest life I’ve ever had. Strange days for viewing nurses lie and judges lie and become slaves for Joey Ridenour. Real crime so often must be identified by motive. The motive is the image of the organization protecting the public. All those super educated nurses governing nurse treatments..the size of this Bd has more than doubled in 10 yrs. The active bedside nurse billets are empty of 20,000 and growing??
The world has changed by random crime and greed crime within our public territories; mans’ 24/7 mission is to protect all those in danger within our immediate environment. This is accomplished by having the strength to carry your wife, children or neighbor out of a burning building, interfere and stop home invasions, abolish medical abuse, expose and stop child and human exploitation & trafficking; by dedication to ones’ own physical and mental alertness. The more of it comes in with more physical and mental readiness. The mission readiness must be strikable at anytime. Crime can strike anytime & anywhere..be ready when it does.
My early life was spent at sea on a commercial fishing boat. A crew of about 6 would alternate as cook. I had put a large turkey in the oven, and went back on deck to work. Sometimes the sea can get rough, not unusual, which can disturb items not locked or tied down. The rocking of the ship somehow unleashed the oven door latch allowing the turkey to fall out of the oven onto the galley deck and rolled around for hours whilst we’re on deck. Upon discovering this the turkey was covered with sand, and the galley deck was covered with turkey grease causing serious slippage in the rough seas. We tied a line onto the sandy bird and threw it over the side to drag in the sea and cleaned out the sand. Not all the sand but amazingly we ate it. I did get sand between my teeth.Life at sea and the sea owns you.
The true leader will feel compelled to approach public violations until corrected. An approach and demonstration often anti establishment will be more noted than printing it or even vocal tags. Real leaders often get sited for truth in search of liberty. You got to pick your fights, make no threats, but leaders do not walk away from one either.
The knowledge of human nature doesn’t always get aligned w/nurse ambition. Having known many nurses, in many different stressful situations, the red flag is flown whenever the opportunity for presumed advancement is present. Errors in health care documents is far from rare although falsely testifying w/intent maybe administration ‘s denial that makes it rare. The actual red flag ceremony occurs under oath to add the evidence that speaks for it self. The flag is troubling as you’ll find purjurors come in groups. Priors for Attny Gen. are many here w/searches of accuracy whose names can be Krishna, Campbell, VSmith, Brnovich and all flags are saved.
All red flags have accumulated to where we are now. Ultimately the truth finds liberty to understand the horrors now evident. The Valkyre of purjuries that follows immorality committed has no arrival time. But it will land.

I’m the one! I have worked way too hard to allow the AZBN to get away with trying to destroy my life. The lies and deceit from the plaintiff as well as the investigator and interviewers is beyond crazy. These people, and I use the word loosely, have gone completely off the rail. Yes, I’ve attempted contacting the Governor and Ridenour but she never responded. I have contacted several other agencies who are looking into the matter. My attorney was a joke to them. (That was before I realized there are expert attorneys in this arena). I am not going to be black-balled nor will I go down without a fight for no other reason than I am innocent in their alleged accusations. This is all in supposed public protection? In my case, there was absolutely no patient, resident or client, no medication error, no hospital, clinic or facility involved. This was two people speaking outside of employment. Why are they involved? Because one of the two told a heinous lie. It will come out! Several people including the one that told the heinous lie defamed the character of the other. So why am I guilty? I was not the one who told the heinous lie. I have proof, but did AZBN want to hear it? There needs to be an FBI criminal investigation into every last person involved in the AZBN. This is more corrupt than Bernie Maddoff!!! They make Manson look innocent! No, no no, I will not stop until something is done!!! If anyone is with me and willing to support my efforts for not only myself, but for every nurse that has been harassed, black-balled and erroneously found guilty by these ……, please let me know! I can’t believe all that I have been reading in these posts. Nurses are strong and we have a loud voice. Why have we allowed AZBN to get away with this for soooooo long? We have to stand up against them. As long as we do absolutely nothing, they will continue to get away with all they do! We have the numbers, we have the proof of what they are doing. Come on NURSES, we have to speak up!!! Especially those of us who have been abused by them. If you have had your licensed revoked, suspended or even if you’re on probation you need to fight to get your life back. I’m not talking to the ones who know they’re guilty. Serve your time and learn your lesson, then petition the AZBN for your license back. I am speaking to those of us who are innocent, wrongfully trampled and humiliated! If we don’t speak up now, this will continue. If we come as an army of NURSES, we will win. One cannot do it alone! We must speak up and stop this charade of a board. They get paid to destroy us. Why should we allow that? How many have and still are paying student loans off?. How many single mothers/fathers are struggling to put food on the table and pay rent because of what has been done against them? Now is the time to stand strong and not just here on this site but in every senators office, legislator, governor, mayor etc. This is an election year and NOW is the time we can make a difference! PLEASE hear me. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!! I purpose a public tea party

Alice M was one nurse who got very passionate and found the system of deceit & real criminal actions by those paid to do.otherwise.
It’s the evidence of law violations that are well known by law makers. The response by law makers is critical and remains nurse supported. Problem arises when nurses do not follow the law.

The following story is fallout from a MedicalMal and the bankruptcy the MedicalMal caused.
On this Saturday morning I was sitting at a desk reading when a dark suv, with two male occupied front seats, came up the long driveway..The vehicle stopped in my clear view.. There came out of passenger side a very beefy male carrying several papers, w/ no envelopes, I also took notice of a waist gun which really appeared to be a 1911 colt 45. Where I sit is out of eye view to both persons b/c of curtains and slider is poorly visible. The beefy guy continues past my location down a hallway which is totally bricked on either side up to the main entrance. After a noteworthy door pelting, I come out my.slider door, “May I help you?” I do yell it. As I turned in & only way into the one way out walkway, I unleash my marine K-Bar which i carry alot on my days out; worn as issued.
“I’ⁿm looking for Karla Davis, does she live here?” I notice his free hand is atop of the Colt45..
I am slowly closing the gap b/w us but my palms are up and eyes upon his gun. “Who wants to know?” Seeing the color drain from this man was not a common event and I’d only seen that episode so profound once before, in a very young Asian. “I represent Mohave Superior Court and have a summons for Karla Lee Davis”. By now I’m w/in 5-6ft from him and smell fear as the beefy guy views my K-Bar and it’s body location upon my chest.
I respond, “She isn’t here now”, the process server’s eyes are fixed upon me..”This is her home of record, but she will not be here today”.
“Can you give her this summons when she returns?” He has said and already is handing me the papers w/o my response.
“If I don’t you’ll only be back”. I’m not friendly appearing and snatch the papers quickly.
The large man hesitates b/w stares of unknown emotions but is fixed upon me and he does notice the K-Bar. He does have more papers in his free hand and asks, “Are you Perry Davis?”
“No, I am Peary Brown and this is my property, and I’m wondering what you are doing on this property with that 1911 colt 45.” I feel that inner boil on simmer and add,”Do process servers legally carry guns during serving assignments?”
He rapidly responds,”I am licensed in Arizona as a process server and are also licensed to carry this gun.” Since you’re not Perry Davis my business here is done, do you have any questions?”
“You think? I was wondering how your going to get back to where your partner is. He can not see back here. You can start yelling for help now or I will not let you pass.”
“Why are you doing this?” the man said.
I said nothing, and waited. I still had my hands free.
The man removed his hand from atop of his gun and retrieved a flip phone and made a call,”You better get over here quickly!” His exclamation had fear all over it. He then again asked, “Why are you doing this?”
“Why I do what I do is none of your business even if you’re involved, most process servers, or anybody for that matter, beyond police, don’t carry guns on private property. Arizona is the most corrupted state in the U.S. and if you want to carry guns on my property, you’ll only do it once. You got to earn that privilege. Like police.
i smelt the marijuana when his partner soon showed. “What is going on here?” The other guy said, genuinely sounded stunned.
Beef#1 “Respondents’ partner refuses to let me pass. You’re here upon his request. I’m not sure why”.
I say to Beef#2, “You are here as a witness, although I generally do not allow for them. An exception for you two is made, and intimidation w/intent is a study for you both supporting each other. If either of you come upon this property armed again there will be an assault. Call 911 , but then they’ll find marijuana b/c I’ll tell. That’s the deal, .” I stepped aside and both process servers did not hesitate to leave”.
The next political demonstration of the Arizona social failures usually draws its victims from the working and medically vulnerable; at least in our files..Facts and not opinions try to be the focus although character assassin’s posts are left. Anonymously.
This case represents the basic functions of the working end of the largest single business in U.S., the American health care system; the location of some of the worst illegal actions against ordinary citizens supported by AZBN, & Az Attorney General for renuminations of many.
If I see someone my own age, or close to it, and know this person, my judgement is tainted b/c a ‘value’ of their looks ill defines their true self. My looks and life are mine and can create disparities if I had to be truthful w/comparing others to me. Feeling superior will roll out to a negative milieu. My Hollywood looks and mental stability did not come easy, doing the best I can do in a friendly manner is critical to avoid social jealously that I am an expert in identifying. Turning the other cheek maybe my single most powerful tool in maintaining my own personal definition to others.
The nurse can be terminated from the role of patient advocate by being a patient advocate. Thanks to top academic authorities the nursing world is well tuned to the stories of deformed nurse licensure by regulatory agencies which has demolished real nursing. The endless list capable and well trained nurses foiled by agencies like the AZBN, has now come to the forefront of failure, 4+, noted by the worst working nurse shortage in history. The cost for Arizona nurse back up by a greedy headhunter style of finding travel nurses is now better than 25 million whose consultant fees will double that fee. The incredible damage to nursing during the the plandemic was manifested by more and more governments sitting in front of their computers formulating programs for regulations appearing to promote safety by disciplines upon nursing.
Nurses whose work upon their training and education is subject to many rules and regulations that are maintained by the political connections for the purpose of protection of corporation dollars.
Many examples exist of the liars at the helm of many nursing regulations agencies. If a Physician From Hell drives a scope through a patient’s esophagus, tells no one , discharges home and tells them to drink water..?? All details cleaned up by lawyers and director Joey Ridenour defines this not a medicalmal. That is correct, it’s Felony Endangerment. It’s a gorgeous example of the evil that lives in the arrogant hearts of those hired to protect the public. And why would that happen to the loss of so many good nurses? It’s called greed. Nursing can not lift themselves out of these pits of horrors with people like Joey Ridenour at the helm. Truth and Honesty is dead in Phoenix costing the public loss of health care and vast fortunes leaving the state.
