The image of director Ridenour leaving the AZBN leaves such a joyous event in our minds that it can not be forgotten and must be logged into the nursing history world ofpolitical crime . The once police officer, Steven Gonos, whose once testimony of evidence lead to fraudulent applications concluding to ‘you, Steven, can never be a police officer again’; but since I’m Joey Ridenour you can be an advanced practice nurse after we RimRack the license of T. We need to get her but T. will not take probations.T. believes she is right and put her faith into our agency to find her justice. ‘We need you Steven G to testify against her. The lack of clinical involvement doesn’t mean she is a menace to your career which, of course, I can guide you through the career transition.’
The process believed by some lays and others in the general public is if Nursing Boards make decisions against some of their own then they must know what they’re doing. The Steven Gonos case proves, like many others, working in favor of Nursing Boards can be your favor to hide immoral acts. T, she was blind to the real human nature of the AZBN. Many of us were believers we could rely on the honesty of our colleagues. We were wrong.
Whom murdered Alice Minch, the nursing world wants to know? Alice died about 2.5 yrs ago at the age of 65 after spending her total adult life in the nursing field. I knew alice well enough to tell you who killed, b/c you asked.
Alice started her career like many nurses…as a nurses’ aide and worked her way to R.N. whose nursing style was frequently as a travel nurse. She was assigned to Yuma hospital which was intolerable to her b/c of poor housing managerment which brought Alice to the very dark side of Yuma. She stayed housed at a complex owned by Yuma Regional Hospital whose housing supervisor turned on Alice when she complained that firearms made her nervous particularly and she didn’t like ‘Shot Gun carrying while children play in the pool area’ A complaint that the board never considered valid and it was never presented as a source of Alices’ irritation. Alice told me she felt sure drugs were being distributed from that location. None of this was documented, although at an adminstrative law hearing a testimony of the same organization testified that Alice threatened the kill her That would be Ann Totsch, Ann Totsch , an administrative nurse hired as an R.N. whom was an imposter upon testimony by false R.N. credentials. In a normal or honest law court impeachment at this level would pollute the case and create a dismissal. This is a given, but not in Azrizona. This fact stunned many spectators and students.
How did Alice die? Her demise was PTSD and stress from the unjust AZBON and Elizabeth A. Campbell, an enemy of all nurses. Although her end was clearly medical her mind and personality had lost their stability which left her raging mad. The lack of evidence and perjury was a bombshell to many leaving consequences that linger today. The loss of many nurses through false pretenses is now on the AZBN and the governor. Although the tax payers and nurses are grossly paying for Joey Ridenours’ incompetence. Joey Ridenour killed Alice Minch. Please pray for Alice and while you’re at it don’t leave Ridenour out. Of course please send her to a different location.
The prosecution of the nurse whose gut knows their case is wrong, has the mind set of a criminal road to the convictions irrespective of the laws. The Elizabeth A. Campbells deny laws begrudgingly openly in front of judges whom knows not the existence of laws to be truthful. Alice Minch was ‘The People’ the AZBN got paid to protect but took the arrogance road to rule recklessly.
The following is a course reference for advanced master of nursing. The study is by Columbia nursing. The AZBN is not mentioned by name although all cases are from Arizona. Published in 2018.This is a large file and is unusually lofty in its academic prowess. Only point here is all cases in this study are from AZBN.
By the time our government in local areas can be made to be responsible the patients are already neglected beyond the reality that the damages should never have had happen. Wherever nurse regulatory agency applies it’s safety forces which first can often be political reading b/c of money and frequently the nurse can be portrayed to be anything the Director of Nursing in Arizona wants to frame. Presently the field of bedside nurses is essentially absent w/80% of billets empty…not mangerment of regulatory government…which grows and grow into severe corruption that everybody knows.
The past ten years is demonstrative of massive area by large volume of certification testing failures which turns into millions down the phoenix drain..The damage to many students will not be forgotten. It continues w/Ridenour writing more laws to cover Bds’ public damage. For every bad there is a worse to release those whom kill, and kill again to do it again. There are many victims of this government controlling our lives. Many well known recipients of this agency has had serious consequences r/t unjust discipline w/ unusual demonstrations of power before principles. The Ridenour ruling of law implementation upon public behaviors by nurses is unconstitutional and fortunately only one other state applies to all nursing behaviors. I used to be vivacious until the board entered my life. I went for Monday being highly respected the next day being forced to bend over and cough. They all watched and laughed. I lost my family. I lost myself. They are ultimate power. I was put into a program doomed to fail. I kept waiting for their compassion and understanding, but robots don’t have emotions. I should’ve run away as fast as and as far as I could.

Today a former Senior Aide to the Mayor of Newark plead guilty to conspiracy to commit honest services fraud. This is a clear example of a pay- to-play scheme, where public officials exploit their positions of power to obtain bribes in exchange for doing their jobs. A lengthy list of known failures in national nursing like;
A. 80% of nation wide nursing working billets are empty.
B. 25%of all all and all new nursing school graduates leave nursing before one year working in the field.

There can be very little quality of good results from drinking alcohol, it maybe socially acceptable and have use there but nutrition for a better body alcohol can be grossly detrimental to body cells. A balanced diet w/regular exercise and sleep makes my day. A spiritual guidance applied before approaching the masses of unknowns is commonly applied.
