Our body is a Temple, if you don’t keep it clean then there will be dirt. That means not just illegal substances but prescriptions to, don’t smoke, don’t consume alcohol, & don’t ingest marijuana period. I think most nurses of any length of service that involves full time acute care bedside nursing is eligible for substance use of own choice..and many drink more alcohol than they should..As do some physicians.
