The view of the nurse whilst in the working field wants to see the nurse as somebody to be trustworthy. The nurse gets very close sometimes to patients and often becomes aware of their own motives to help the ill..How can the nurse stay trusted w/peoples’ lives and so many other personal issues w/o falling prey to one’s own short comings? To answer the need for gross integrity who must have a conscious monitor whose lead is a power and training of quality higher than said inspector. The nurse resume in time w/success defines dedication…but not seen enough.
How willing is the nurse to put patients needs and comforts? Those nurses who worked and worked long hours while doing their best? Yes many cried all the way to the bank. Will capitalism kill nursing. How can you be sure that those missing morphine medications are simply an operational error in the counting? That license and resume’ can that be true? The failures of nurse integrity is repeating lying in question w/many major crimes directly r/t physical damaged to population. The Nicole Linton r.n. case shivers the timbers of nurses wanting more love for self promotion of moral character. How can moral character jump upon the nurse political realm where the bd lives? As a nurse do you lie and say you don’t.?
The love of Money leads nursing a stray. The principles of the Regulartory Agencies have only political visions which in view of public safety can not be considered unreasonable. The field is today crawling w/Nathan Sougherlands waiting and successfully raping the patient population. Can a group of nurses whose true power to protect gets flushed through a crooked attorney general, and looks so horrible doing it, have real safety stats?The AZBN must build their own Hall of Fame to be accepted in its most Capitalistic State. Their own accountant as a crooked prosecutor is their putrid history. Being of federalism and truth marketing, and being the worst patient ever is my thrill; my biggest bust is not living ten city blocks from this sterile abscess.
The federally heavily held belief that Arizona law houses more Independent Actors than controlled public theives ; to name Ridenour, heir nursing director or the one and only Joe Arpaio…to remember his costs of profiling felony conviction today 275.000..Nursing Board rouges up and eliminates the truthful nurses but they must be horrible tax explanations. Yes the federal involvement could just eliminate many agencies b/c of corrupted independent Actors like Ridenour and Arpaio.
