Why they do it? The Bds’ staff has doubled in size over the past eight yrs. I can’t speak to the disciplined nurses by volume but A.I. is very helpful defining AZBN relationship w/others states by saying it monitors the large st amount of nurses. The number which do not pass probation stipulations is unknown. However, the missing 30,000 nurse billets gives us an ideas. This number, for one state, has enormous costs to fulfill these needs.
