Most mental boot camp programs like alcohol anonymous have well healed and experienced counselors like the one whom taught me my mind and how and why to turn my will over to another power to create a view safe for me. The ‘Four Agreements’ opened up a different understanding of learning which the former ‘General Lee’ stunt driver used to force me by desire to open the mind. And, of course, alcohol free.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, M.D. is used by counselors to assist those coming psychologically awake after bouts of alcoholism and addictions. A new outlook on life emerges.

Having been a critical care r.n. for decades I was often b/w entities of good verses danger that happened to others. It was also my training during early government internet record connections did I learned the value anonymous emails which then meant altering smtp in &out headers that masked identity(mostly but not totally). A nurse can sometimes gain knowledge about bad things that perhaps the public should know. Do you tell the truth or not? Writing these medicalmals and publishing them in retirement and anonymously sending messages to interested parties is the life blood of activism in a sometimes corrupt and dangerous world. Like, “How the heck does a 38 y.o. die from a hole in her trachea, and nobody knows about it?” We are about to tell you, here, there, and anywhere the net stops.

It was a powerful 454 engine w/leather interior and this car had no top end and was rock steady at all speeds. Its weight was nearly 4ooo lbs and you were on a cloud. It’s only drawback was 12mpg .

I have an early model Harley Davidson that runs great and I get to ride it whenever I wish…and do. It gives me great pleasure that at 77 I still ride often and love the bike just like I was 25.

What are your feelings about eating meat?

Many physically successful people did not shy away from meat, red or otherwise. Jack LaLane and Bruce Lee to name a few. The current believe is animal fat, in small amounts, is the primary catalyst for storage and releasing vitamins during periods where few vitamins are ingested. Cardiovascular physician sometimes claim red meat clogs vessels. Maybe so but volumes in large amounts of anything can be bad.

Years ago I and a crew of New Bedford fishermen dragged up a large stash of Lebanese hashish whose fruits opened many doors of greed, sex, and the taste of the drug like no other. All deck work ceased for two days and the brownies were the best ever. All hands got three kilos . Cadillac 1969 mint coupe de Vil , leather interior lucky days of yesteryears.

The free speech venue open to so many via SM has prompted ‘The Largest Bathroom Wall’ in the world to allow so many liars make bank. The inability for our now electronic world to assess moral proper behavior and crime is the hot topic in our hand held world. And the accuracy of free speech? The false confessions of madmen doubling as the cancel culture which will destroy your opinion, take your job, call the cops, lie to judges, judges will cancel you for telling the truth. Free speech must continue to work by publishing opinions without violence being near. If the truth cancels you and you get killed, you can be dignified with the spirit that created you. If the spirit needs you to create lying judges you must do it; it’s easy, just tell the truth. Free Speech activities like Douglass Mackey shouldn’t be leftist violence fodder for the Clintons!!

Committed criminal acts against many pts. in our health care system is often covered up and not known to public. Not all crimes against the people are unknown. I would like to return actions of crime against these bad offenders but since two wrongs do not make a right, I do not. Three lefts make a right??
