12 Steps of Rehab

Daily writing prompt
Describe a decision you made in the past that helped you learn or grow.

Having had alcohol abuse issues in my earlier life the rehabilitation of the 12 step AA program started me on a course of more than a sober life. The involvement of following the program by finding the character disorder that makes the individual unable to stop drinking from the first drink is found by a desire to be mentally stable. One can stop drinking and use AA for that purpose but it takes more to get to the foundations of the causes for this anti social behavior. This course I found doesn’t get close to the problem by itself. Each participant needs to be viewed and promoted by not the one w/its own character disorder. This is what I learned from the 12 step program.

Healthy Living

Daily writing prompt
What’s the most fun way to exercise?

I would first define the focus of healthy living by discovering unhealthy living and for me exposure of my first love of alcohol was the key to success. Alcohol brought me to my knees early in.life and forced me to promote and find a better way and the help of treatment including exercise. I was a gifted athlete which helped and w/tolerance for distance running I saved my own life. Avoiding alcohol and tobacco and refined sugar was a Jack LaLane state of mind. Near death from alcohol and suicide attempts created the need for a better way. I learned young. Now in my 70s I refuse to accept alcohol and bad living and take zero medications. Swimming and hiking long distances allows my brain the time it needs to work out a journey for a better way of life.

Ahab

Daily writing prompt
If you could be a character from a book or film, who would you be? Why?

Peck as Mellville’s Ahab was my very favorite I would be like to be in real life. A man devoted to his own cause in spite of all it had damaged him already. He searched and seached for avengement against unattainable forces and he just keep on going. Right or wrong was irrelevant to his drive for revenge. In the end he welcomed death like only a man of Meville’s creation could; the message of failure and death because of his passion did not matter to him.

The Innocent

Daily writing prompt
How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?

It is very unlikely that the Plandemic could reach the damage that a world war could do or at least in its ability to reek physical and structural damage. The oddities for the informed who accepted its governmental curse upon the general population have suffered mental breakdowns knowing there was little they could do to protect the innocent who simply did not know they were being used in mass volumes. Like the 35 y.o. female whom has been convinced since her baby delivering days are over its time to let the surgeon remove her female parts. She is innocent and is uninformed. These parts are the major portion of her healthy life and w/o them her quality of life goes down. The plandemic I know from the U.S. represents a government of pure danger and to recover our freedom I outwardly cried and yelled all the time. I create disturbing scenarios as people of the non biologically educated move into a world known as sheep herds. Deep within the works of the system now lies the wreckage of a controlling government who remain in their basements wearing masks and counting money. The massive economic destruction was the nightmare of the working class and demonstrates a decline for us and our children. The huge doses of death from drug related issues, starvation, poor health care, infant mortality and depression and suicide only defines death that can not move on. Mark Twain lowered the gun from his head b/c he was strong and saw a future. I will try as well.

Defining Assisted Suicide

Daily writing prompt
How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

Having been a critical care nurse for many years and sometimes as a care-giver the events of end of life acts played out in my hands. It was so apparent in some cases that death was the only alternative to what the patient’s view of their situation tells themselves. A successful 95 yr old whose life now was grossly debilitated made it apparent she wanted death and asked me to help. By this time in my career this has happened a few times to settle to a professional training rd of no killing. As much as I wanted to free her as she was a favorite pt. I could only offer her morphine which had various boxes of. She refused as it would alter her mind. She could no longer be Elsie. Her life of hard and smart work from Zero to a million could not be touched. She figured it out on her own letting me know when and I could not ever see her again. I said no because my goal was to keep seeing her. Questioned asked & answered.

To unsuccessfully commicate the role of a death merchant for her comfort is the rule to base our souls upon morality for God’s way I can not take a life.

Health Care Safety The Great Lie

Daily writing prompt
What activities do you lose yourself in?

When a physician already diagnosed w/mental illness was allowed to operate upon somebody close to me and cause serious permanent damage I became obsessed w/social exposure of the details. My presentations of hard to comprehend events was done via FB and the use of emails created through accounts not considered mine. These details of the truth, w/out threats were considered violations of the court orders as gag order violations ultimately sending me to jail in Mohave County, Arizona that of Bullhead City. I still, ten years after, work on research of the lies pts. are forced to believe in, in order to be treated in a system for revenue only. http://www.azboardofnursewatchdogs.com remains prominent in these cases but does not use patient names. You can roll the dice and take the risk but you could take a loss of life and physical disability.

Books

Daily writing prompt
Where would you go on a shopping spree?

At my age I still like books and would get lost in a science section of a store that sells them. I would buy biology related texts as reading about man’s behavior from his science locker calms me to know there is not only reasons for what we all see, there are solutions for bizarre and lunacy types inside our society. AKA HOPE

Nursing

Daily writing prompt
Do you enjoy your job?

The opportunity to tell histories of a full nursing career starting w/Viet Nam and continuing to the Covid Era would be noteworthy to read. The realistic social & cultural expeditions to be trained like no other professionals define dedication and mystery for all nurses. What harbors nurse’s experiences from making public events noteworthy is simply what the nurse knows that nobody else does. More importantly, what many of us won’t share. We learn that this is our professionalism and keep our love of the Nursing Practice most often in to ourselves. Most of us are the rock b/w the patient and the world. This is a love we know and can greatly differ and not carry over to beastly outsiders of our field work and bedside journeys. Management of nurses by nurses is a major element of studies of pre-covid era statistics which is uneventful until the plandemic. Stressing nurses will predictably by 2030 cause significant shortage in all states, except Florida & Virginia…Resourcing 1/2 of nurse management to hands on nursing, would impact this shortage although happy nurses would diminish rapidly. Bedside nurses love nursing; management & regulatory do not. To answer the question here is Governments are the biggest problems for nurses being happy w/great work.

A nurse from Massachsetts whom mentored many students to overcome the demons by which this nursing profession breeds . How did she do that? She was raised in and amongst demons and refused to give up on anybody. Sort of like AL Davis who created great teams from social cast offs. She was Natalie Petzold, former director of the Massachusetts General School of Nursing. I know this as I am one of those cast offs.
