Message in a Bottle AZBN

Much of my work related to electronic communications has long been centered around sending it adrift with little or no expectation of it ever reaching somewhere to be able to create a learning curve or simply to document nursing history. Al though ‘no expectations’ doesn’t mean ‘no motive’ of history documentations. This article is one of many. Most nurses are well aware of zero accountability in Arizona Regulatory agencies as well a culture of corruption connecting most departments directly abusing the privileges of every day nurses and patients. Adm Law Courts, Local District Courts, Ombudsmen, & AZBN Note to lawmakers notes here. The why?

By now in 25 the dire straits of stunning costs of replacing nurse staffing is a public burden of reaching billions in cash and untold public abuse in Phoenix and throughout the state and beyond and and and.The educational branch is very good at presenting AZBN as violations of many state statutes causing profound damage whose additional tag can be Elizabeth A. Students allowed to continue courses whilsts’ Aspens’ credentials end. Keep going ….student national exam applications rejected because Educator non credentials.  The only already known course and action on similar AZBN violations lead through ARS 2018 which NBarto sponsored to  grateful nursing cohorts. These new statutes are unknown to AZBN. Because they protect the nurse. In closing the ‘bottled message’ note is one of many with no expectitions of reactions from you. Therefore the entire motive is academic.Very Truly Yours Peary Brown

Rainy Day In Bullhead City Arizona

The point here is routine in Nursing history and respresents evidentuary facts of indefensible actions created both by local law enforcement, medical mangers, physicians and nurses. The story is 12 yrs old as is some of the dead involved. Oddly its factual evidence has remained on FB data in spite of gross FB violations. Also today it is only for that one viewer whose future in nursing that needs to know. Ultimately the facts will be worked on to continue more factual details via .edu

The vetoing of SB1443 confirms what many health care workers have known for a long time, there are criminals, of all types, in our system. If you, as a young governor live long enough to use the Az health care system, as is now in place, you too, will eventually get harmed; or perhaps someone very close to you. Had you passed the SB1443 it would have, at least, reduced the horrible display of cronyism that simply harms & kills people. All you guys look good in your fancy clothes surrounded by the sweet looking assistants. I wonder how you’d look in a body bag lying in a cold hospital morgue. Its not a stretch. But I am sure that is what it will take before you get it.

There isn’t a lot of authorities, in this state of Az, that get information about what is happening to people in the field. You being one of the well respected law makers would be privy to things that happen in your Dept, State. So you’ve heard, “Just So You Know” before as it means that the information coming to you has little anticipation that justice, as we openly know it, will be served. The following is a post, on social media and I am sorry to say it is true.

Red; I did like your story. Alcohol & Drugs can destroy lives. Did you hear the one where the girl was told to drink water after being discharged from WARMC, in Bullhead City, Az. when the Dr put a 1X2″ hole in her esophsgus.? She now has a Tattoo near the massive scars from repair surgeries that says,”Welcome To Bullhead”. True Story.

I think the importance of this post defines what health care has become.

I am a retired R.N. of 40 yrs, started my nursing care in 1966 and served as a hospital corpsman for the marine corps. I was also a special forces diver. I served eight yrs. I spent 10 years, in Boston, getting my nursing education and was mentored by nurses who had shaken the hand of the great one. Back when nurses wrote social services consult orders and it was honored. If I come to a decision that something isn’t quite right, chances are I am right.

I came to Bullhead City, Az., in 1999, with a clean record and worked at the area hospitals of WARMC & Valley View Medical Ctr, both in Mohave Cty, Az.

My wife, had spinal surgery @ WARMC by Dr Isaac M. Thapedi. She was scheduled for her third redo in Oct of 09 for two previous failures. An upper endoscopy showed a 1X2″ perforation of her esophagus, although that finding was never mentioned. The case was cancelled and she was scheduled for an ENT consult, Dr Robert Wang, in Las Vegas in about ten days. Dr Wang requested a G-Tube with supplemental replacements. The patient, Karla Lee Davis was discharged home. At that time the mentioning of the perforation was a never event. Her discharge orders allowed her to drink clear fluids.

On, or about, the third day I began to notice changes in respiratory efficiency, skin color, mentation with an elevated core temperature. I called Dr Wangs’ office who said to either call 911 or bring her to his location ASAP. On the way to Las Vegas I needed to stop several times to help Karla breath. She was admitted to UMC Las Vegas and spent 3 Mos in ICU. To this day she has zero remembrance of the ride to Las Vehas. She survived after spending about three years in and out of surgeries, totaling 13 general anesthesia surgeries. Countless endoscopic procedures..

When Dr Wang made the perforation discovery he was not made aware of that until he initially did surgery to essentially place drains to reduce the swelling from the infection. The idea that the pt. was drinking fluids that carried oral microbes, the worst in the world, down the esophagus and ending up in the chest cavity was appalling. Although he only expressed that to the pt when he wanted to know why she was drinking fluids? “Because Dr Thapedi told me to” , was the answer he got.

Review of the medical record from WARMC made no mention, other than esophageal excoriation, of any perforation. Eventually a radiology report of the endoscopy performed that day by Dr Leroy Smith made the perforation clear by photos, as well as the notation that Dr Thapedi was aware of the perforation. Obtaining that evidence was done by James Bond.

Complaints to Barry Schneider, the then CEO of WARMC were ignored. Complaints to the medical board were dismissed. I was served with injunction orders after being fired for, they said, “Threatening the life of a physician”.

I was arrested for violation of that injunction order after allegedly contacting the hospital by USPS. I spent 40 days in Kingman jail and they found some marijuana after a search of my home. I’ve had prescriptions many times over, never tested positive and never accused of impairment.

The physician testified at an ADM Law Ct hearing, as did his much younger, well lacquered, very big breasted girl friend that I stalked them and threatened them. Beth A. Campbell was the prosecutor who changed evidence more times than a rattle snake sheds skin.

His testimony was never corroborated and I was never prosecuted by the police for any complaint he filed. He was awarded by Judge Jantzen of Kingman, Az., 85,000.00 for defame. If it walks like a duck. I surrendered my nursing license and you know what they can do with their probation. This is your system. Just So You Know. The documentation we talked about is in an anonymous location.

Issac M Thapedi

Whom could define this man as evil simply by viewing his face, or perhaps a conversation that felt almost standard english exchanges. Time often follows the road it is carried upon; in time this man harmed many, and the evidence at the end of his career looks like youd expect from a man doing surgeries w/dementia. Not all physicians licensed to practice in Az.should be.

Impacted Nurses.

Once upon a time the socially trained nurses’ roles were dedicated to time with the patients that would attempt to prove a health improvement; by the complete big corporations take over in the 90s much of the dollars on nursing and health care have been about profit dollars. The long term nurse in years of bedside nursing will know that the problems seen in the 21st century has been disasters for nursing. The huge failures of colleges related not only to fraudulent applications but the administrations inability to educate and create enough gradates. Instead the nursing field is left with many separate nursing powers of regulations over and over again which nursing per nurse needs very little of. However, nursing is now in clear view of the many gonzo politics reducing the already well educated nurses. If you are well near the mainline of direct nurses and their bedside roles in the community your knowledge can be a potent reminder that clinical roles can be forever yanked illegally from your resume’.

The 21st century demographic nursing employment stats are a mystery of the culture of corruption that controls nurses, and their ability to purposely apply what has been taught to them, There can be much said and evidence produced to demonstrate administrative violations all centered around renuminations of some sort and so & so records looking queer and illegally sent through the U.S. mail. Its why 25% of all new nursing grads stop nursing in less than a year after starting to work as a new nurse. The average longevity in years for a nurse, of any category, is less than 10 years. Remember nurses take money out of the profit system.

The nursing regulations needs to be given an enema to clean out the corporates’ owned legal goldmines living rent free in our own pockets. In the last ten years the AZBN staffing has nearly doubled whilst qualified bedside nurses has enormously dwindled. Strong work??

Ten years of names like McCormies, Quinn, Ridenour, Minch, Rachael, Judges and more. On the Rd to Nursing History. I beg of you never ever to forget Elizabeth A. Campbell….the nurses’ undertaker.

Often times when nurse management sees the light, it’s way too late as the nurse have permanently left the Arizona state that claims being part of the U.S. B.S.

Physician Discipline Vs. AZBN Nurse Discipline

Can any experienced nurse say that the treatment of complaints for physicians is equal to that of the AZBN for nurses. There is a long pause for you to scan over what you know physicians have done to create immoral and or unsafe conditions for many that are within their reach of damage? The level of complaints is voluminous enough to clog the system.

What creates the regulatory agencies to respond so differently under similar or identical violations is probably a matter of a systematic comparison of each discipline. A nurse who perhaps is a nurse anesthetist that leaves her intubated pt. and goes to the bathroom and overdoses on narcs diverted from her employer, and when found and awakened literally runs out to her car in the hospital parking lot, pt. still intubated. A nurse is criminally charged and immediate suspension of nurse license. True story; physician did the exact same thing=6Mos. lic suspension, Rehab, drug screening, back on the block making the $$.

So why the disparity in AZBN disciplinary actions beside other agencies such as the medical board?? Do physicians get off so much easier than nurses? We all know what the answer to that is and can any define what creates some of the most ridiculous cases against nurses? The love of money is the root of all evil. You got the money and are a physician you win, very few physicians have their license revoked. Disciplines are, in Az., posted but no details: unless Adm Law Hearing. Felonies which occur in relation to medical issues are an event of way more frequency that are diluted and deleted with the repeated expertise that comes with the De’Javu of  having been here before. The magician that makes honesty disappear, and reappear in their favor.

So I was charged with unprofessional conduct because of a dispute I had with the Patent Registry over their androidal invasiveness about registering a patent I created for a new perspirant, ‘Melineal  Delight’ is not an antiperspirant, but a perspirant to simulate perspiration of body order. It was designed for the new generations that want to give the appearance that they’re working. Stay at home Dads, retirees, returning home after college grads, and for others in adm that, ‘just like to see people sweat’, and want the full compliments for effect. The Bd came down big because of my disruptiveness in a public place.  Soy una enfermera, no un santo.

Nurse Health

Not overly sure that nurses who’ve spent long careers in nursing have an end game of good health and high spirits. I apply SM at many platforms to publish nurse health at personal levels. The damages nurses do to one another is monumental for PTSD promoted abuse commonly seen, particually in high paying positions. The use of sites like this one, can define dangerous nurse behaviors used to gain self esteem to accomplish higher paying salaries. Going into nursing for long term in the 21st century should be researched via nursing SM sites and read that management and Board Regulations can be nursings’ worst enemy…which ends in the public laps for injuries.

What makes you laugh?

It took a while before I realized that so much of our health care is influenced by the actual direct actions of mobs of Nurses whose soul purpose of existence is to discipline nurses. The laugh comes in when the witnesses are either non existing anony emails or nurse vendettas served up by smart people acting stupid.

My hilarity comes from watching a demented doctor try to testify, under oath, about an event that never happened. It was funny b/c he had this once well groomed wig now sitting lopsided on his head, whilst he forgot my name, and I was the one being the prosecuted. The demonstration of stupidity fromAZBN and AZATTYGEN via Adm.LawCt.is the biggest laugh I’ve seen first hand.

The concept of knowingly falsely create evidence and present it under oath is what Beth A. Campbell did, a.member of azag office and an officer of the court.’Behold a pale horse, those who rode upon him is named death, and hell followed with them.’

This physician actually said whilst on Superior Ct , witness stand, before cross examination, “Did you know I was friends w/Obama?” It is funny now, not so much then…however it will forever cement in nursing history that the malmented brain, of anybody, has legal scalpel to cut many and do go on to demonstrate devastated results in patients. In the end of Thapedis’ career it was anesthesia and SM to were his demise is real. The ‘Mother Jones’ on all who participated in their money laundry is known. If they walk around Bullhead City they’ve been advised to weaponize themselves.

Reality Bites AZBN

Whom of all organizations can both write law to fulfill their political needs which is required for the immoral attachment upon everyday nursing personnel to the unfortunate end of more staff to mismanagement the prior laws that have failed..Specifics are covered law upon failed test requires national percentage average passing of programs by graduated students.Aspen types. New Ridenour Delight Bill allows basically unbridled restart of prior large % student failures in National Cert. A good idea, however Ridenour well established in shortage resource management failures, bills and laws are useless as dictator rules apply. If you want to be a nurse in Az you’ll need luck as much as skill to survive. The costs of the Aspen failures are available, more regulations more governmental staffing..In 8yrs nursing bd staff doubled.

To be evaluated by turnkey laborers at encarcerated institutions as a nurse is an experience many nurses have had in Arizona; you must support bad healthcare to work..Talk too much then its off to the GrayBar Hotel

What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

I think a constant flow of negative thinking can be derailed by prayer of higher power to ask for direction of positive actions not necessarily for me w/o first considered others to assist promoting humility in prayer
