The law violations upon nurses has caused both pt. & nursing injuries..All of it must be marketed at live bd mtgs, otherwise nobody gets it. 

The use of anonymously writing feels good but more relief is needed by personal actions as well as personnel+ attempts at locations of bds weakest point. Open mtgs is that location, superior courts costs are huge but even losses get lots of notice. I would argue bds are not needed at all.

Regulatory Boards need reform nationally for labor to be much more in education..Joey Ridenour wouldn’t exist if real nurses had more on site hands on nursing. There truly are major health care debacles by nursing and Ridenour and her crew need to change their diet and stop eating their young. They need to look in the mirror and tell us they can do what we do; Or did. They can not. I’m no help to you as your damage to my friends is illegal.

Few will remember Crystal as well as me as she represents the heart of useless regulators which I personally know of. Crystals’ heart was right and her service delivery of care is a priority. Over time the loss of nurses, the largest group of employed personnel, has reached monster resource over charges showing up professional rental agencies making bank w/taxpayers $. Of noteworthy public publishing. What if the AZBN did not exist would quality public care for reasonable costs exist? Care by nurses is taking money out of Arizona. Lots of money.

Isaac Thapedi actually tried to testify against a nurse whose name he could not remember. This physician drove cervical instramentation through the esophagus and denied it inspite of the hard evidence to which he could not remember. Initially his own colleagues tagged him a maroon but actually he had dementure while working surgery in Bullhead City. The AZBN supported his complaint against the nurse who was the significant other of the pt. whom allegedly threatened the life of this surgeon. There are many cases by the Arizona Nurse Agency loaded w/crime. There are many, many adm law court cases falsely testifying against nurses to which the motives of such felonious acts remains unknown. This spreads evidence throughout the system so the Mean Girls can get paid. I guess that’s the motive as C.R.N.A.s roam about, politically monitored only, injuring pts. and if quality care is the goal their mission they have failed..The bds have caused much civil and criminal activities to warrant public antagonistic functions. This ample widespread knowledge and legal documentation defining the mean girls only leads to paying for labor and sometimes poor labor replacements. This old history just grows larger and more useless for public safety. The governing nurses body in Phoenix does not need to be involved in private matters of nurses. There are 100s of nurses whose license to practice Honesty went south by perjury, and not even related to nursing. One must go to the coliseum and entertain the crowd with Public antagonistic actions that must be performed by those trained to do so. Presenting evidence to the bd has little effect unless done openly to allow academic and honesty tune-ups for view of the very large nurse student body seen at open meetings. The students must be told about Mean Girls clubs, like the AZBN, their power to improve the present day horrors of nursing to ultimately improve public safety.

The image of director Ridenour leaving the AZBN leaves such a joyous event in our minds that it can not be forgotten and must be logged into the nursing history world of political crime . The once police officer, Steven Gonos, whose once testimony of evidence lead to fraudulent applications concluding to ‘you, Steven, can never be a police officer again’; but since I’m Joey Ridenour you can be an advanced practice nurse after we RimRack the license of T. We need to get her but T. will not take probations.T. believes she is right and put her faith into our agency to find her justice. ‘We need you Steven G to testify against her. The lack of clinical involvement doesn’t mean she is a menace to your career which, of course, I can guide you through the career transition.’

The process believed by some lays and others in the general public is if Nursing Boards make decisions against some of their own then they must know what they’re doing. The Steven Gonos case proves, like many others, working in favor of Nursing Boards can be your favor to hide immoral acts. T, she was blind to the real human nature of the AZBN. Many of us were believers we could rely on the honesty of our colleagues. We were wrong.

Whom murdered Alice Minch, the nursing world wants to know? Alice died about 2.5 yrs ago at the age of 65 after spending her total adult life in the nursing field. I knew alice well enough to tell you who killed, b/c you asked.

Alice started her career like many nurses…as a nurses’ aide and worked her way to R.N. whose nursing style was frequently as a travel nurse. She was assigned to Yuma hospital which was intolerable to her b/c of poor housing managerment which brought Alice to the very dark side of Yuma. She stayed housed at a complex owned by Yuma Regional Hospital whose housing supervisor turned on Alice when she complained that firearms made her nervous particularly and she didn’t like ‘Shot Gun carrying while children play in the pool area’ A complaint that the board never considered valid and it was never presented as a source of Alices’ irritation. Alice told me she felt sure drugs were being distributed from that location. None of this was documented, although at an adminstrative law hearing a testimony of the same organization testified that Alice threatened the kill her That would be Ann Totsch, Ann Totsch , an administrative nurse hired as an R.N. whom was an imposter upon testimony by false R.N. credentials. In a normal or honest law court impeachment at this level would pollute the case and create a dismissal. This is a given, but not in Azrizona. This fact stunned many spectators and students.

How did Alice die? Her demise was PTSD and stress from the unjust AZBON and Elizabeth A. Campbell, an enemy of all nurses. Although her end was clearly medical her mind and personality had lost their stability which left her raging mad. The lack of evidence and perjury was a bombshell to many leaving consequences that linger today. The loss of many nurses through false pretenses is now on the AZBN and the governor. Although the tax payers and nurses are grossly paying for Joey Ridenours’ incompetence. Joey Ridenour killed Alice Minch. Please pray for Alice and while you’re at it don’t leave Ridenour out. Of course please send her to a different location.

The prosecution of the nurse whose gut knows their case is wrong, has the mind set of a criminal road to the convictions irrespective of the laws. The Elizabeth A. Campbells deny laws begrudgingly openly in front of judges whom knows not the existence of laws to be truthful. Alice Minch was ‘The People’ the AZBN got paid to protect but took the arrogance road to rule recklessly.

The following is a course reference for advanced master of nursing. The study is by Columbia nursing. The AZBN is not mentioned by name although all cases are from Arizona. Published in 2018. By the time our government in local areas can be made to be responsible the patients are already neglected beyond the reality that the damages should never have had happen. Wherever nurse regulatory agency applies it’s safety forces which first can often be political reading b/c of money and frequently the nurse can be portrayed to be anything the Director of Nursing in Arizona wants to frame. Presently the field of bedside nurses is essentially absent w/80% of billets empty…not mangerment of regulatory government…which grows and grow into severe corruption that everybody knows. 

The past ten years is demonstrative of massive area by large volume of certification testing failures which turns into millions down the phoenix drain..The damage to many students will not be forgotten. It continues w/Ridenour writing more laws to cover Bds’ public damage. Joey whose AI accolades are Male instead of Female.A true sign Joey is what the federal calls an independent actor that rules many,many lives. 

Has the role of Joey Ridenour come to an end?? Will she retire now 30 yr award post by colleagues of National Council kissed her wrists? Will they view her trail of disasters in the back rooms differently b/c she is really known? Will the coiffer officers define nursing renuminations from public taxes? Can you understand the imbalance of missing staff must be forced upon the public wallet of 50 million? How do they do that? How do they get people like Elizabeth  A. Campbell of atty Gen office suborning  multiple perjuries many cases? How does director J. Ridenour, and Bd members, sit and watch a coligate level nurse get stripped searched sent via Zoom by Two Male Glendale Police Officers?? Rachael G. is 35 and vivacious. 

For every bad there is a worse to release those whom kill, and kill again to do it again. There are many victims of this government controlling our lives. Can where nursing is today come around to realize this agency of nursing has caused much damage to the public. The Ridenour termination has come.Has The End  Finally Come for this terminator?? A terminators’ terminator she is. 

Many well known recipients of this agency has had serious consequences r/t unjust discipline w/ unusual demonstrations of power before principles. The Ridenour ruling of law implementation upon public behaviors by nurses is unconstitutional and fortunately only one other state applies to all nursing behaviors. If your a nurse remember this”.”Custer stands a better chance at a walk than an honest nurse in Arizona.
