The meandering of Sunita Krishna’s curse to promote harrassing of nurses and their assistants has certainly come full circle. Her move over at Century Surety Ins after the horrors addressed her behaviors of nurse’s open abuse, of not her own making curses her life for a long time to come. The tangled web woven by a corrupted Ridenour to physically introduce violence upon nurses by the delivering agent of an asst atty general while in the third trimester of pregnancy got to the knowledge of Daddy Warbucks, and she is gone; she brings with her the Ridenour curse which is ‘you are now a known criminal’. The crystal ball on the table shows the future the past and Sunita will always know she has been cursed when she committed her acts against nurses b/c she was a court officer in multiple violations by Ridenour’s request. Applying these principles of AZBN crimes will always be with her, no matter what she does. She will feel the moral pain that comes to the normal individual who commits crime. One of many potentially good quality citizens whose character has been destroyed by Ridenour. I wish her well as I do know about emotions in the third trimester and she really was impaired by Ridenour’s will who’s own motives have more exposure to come.

Crime seems so evident in the post pandemic era which in many cases was business as usual for the AZBN. Their purpose is retaliation and eliminating of nurses whose histories define whistleblowers. Whistleblower nurses in Arizona are doomed as much as their dead pts.

Taking time to track documents filed by the agency for nursing can be an eye opener for many nurses. Police reports, from anytime during a nurses life including those that go well beyond the 4 yrs of statute of limitations are commonly used against nurses and their assistants. Many law enforcement involvements start with a complaint and takes a turn through police investigation which are not always used by county attorneys, for poor content, but those records stay on police files for decades. Unadjudicated complaints, those which are not jurists reviewed and not used against the nurses are frequently retrieved perhaps 40 yrs after the initial filing. They’re presented w/intent and prior knowledge of violation as AZBN a well established corrupted form of our local government.

The 20 year olds will not work. A random female stole one active nurse driver’s license and from that single act stole the identity of a nurse and worked, as a nurse, for 6 yrs. She had always used that lic as her identity to get jobs. Her real name was never used. She was never not hired. Her resemblances to that photo ID was poor and stated weight was 30lbs lighter than the real nurse. I guess she just hadn’t been a nurse long enough. During her fraudelent nurse history she made $750,000 and was eventually caught when a disgruntled boyfriend turned her in. She was never questioned about her nursing credentials until caught. Dawn was 55 years old. She was sentenced to fed prison for 5 yrs; she was fined 1/2 million.

Many Arizonians are suffering because AZBN does not follow existing laws already in place. Busy little bees I know are working on more laws that criminals and Director Ridenour are chuckling at. They really are.

. Good luck, maybe a few honest public figures can help you out find where Ridenour’s $ Stash is at. But we know it’s going take a catastrophic event to see it clearly.If I can find her yacht it’ll be sunk. When that happens I want you to know it’s me. I’m a certified first class navy diver and there is nothing navy divers cannot do. Although I cannot raise my dead.

When was the last time Az had a gallery of qualified nurses that could supply enough pertinent care for all of Az.? When was the last annual nursing costs were less than half of today’s costs? When was the last time AZBN sources of the 1000s of nurse violations initiated from patients/family and not adm motivated? When was the last time Az trained nurses recieved better than 70% in NCLEX-RN exam? Governor Hobbs…if you want and need something you never had, you must be willing to do something you never have done. Firing Ridenour…will cause nurses to flock back to Az.

I’m  a 70 y.o. nurse applying for lic. reissue in 2018.. The most important feature of this story is the irrelevant details of mode of why I am here;

I enter the AZBN’s fondling home at the government center and are 10mins ahead of scheduled start at 8.  The large hall room houses enough seating easily for 75. There are now very few in what I call the gallery as sectioned towards rear of room. The simple structure of the gallery settings plays to the image of Mobbing the nurse. I sit, by myself in the middle of nowhere & 2-3 mins later a Maricopa Cty Depty, w/all the fixings, parks himself one seat over. I feel the heat from his desert radio, but make no physical assessment because there’s no time… in the distant opposite lane approaches a 40 y.o. pregnant woman who must pass a series of seating elements before she gets to me. 

The gait of a third trimester female is something I don’t need to research.  As this unique gait is very interesting to watch its user to navigate routine passages. She is doing well in her approach between the narrow parts, only she bumps her hip as she is entering my row. She comes within a few feet of me and is angry, I stared into her eyes and she blanched and quickly paled. Her handedness soon reacts as well. Her exit is uneventful except me studying her gait. This woman I do know as Sunita Krishna an asst AG and not associated with my case. She looks physically well and her behavior defines what is a routine in 2020 event now called Mobbing to victims is to use employee’s intimidation in groups. Naturally the previous event needs more people to qualify as mobbing and that would be James Whitenberg whose similar actions soon after reveal the public dangers by dangering their own people. I get the armed cop, I do. Having a 40 y.o. third trimester pregnant asst AG involved is a crime in my book. Fear in the eyes of a young woman who is nearly about to deliver is the worst part of my case, and there are many bads to which this is the worse of. There is no motive important enough to cross here. Who taught these now ghosts of horrorible behaviors? The Dumpster Fire in government ctr can only get worse. Make the change. Do it.

Get rid of Ridenour if you want want to get more nurses in Az.

When National Council for Nursing broke into the system, 70s in force, the incidences of disciplinary actions against nurses by regulatory agencies doubled; when big corporations completed their takeover of the health care systems. The Nursing bds sounded their glory filled trumpets with success in disciplinary actions against incompetence and immoral behavior hovering via alcoholism/substance use disorders which still plagues nursing. Dissecting c/c to the sources of nurse irritation often reveals many non clinical issues whose treatment for political and not nursing testimony is the stock and trade of the growth of nurse regulations.

By the late 90s c/c sources were not from patients or families. This fact is the account, today, of complaint sources from regulations not connected with nursing. The deficit of 90% versus 10% clinical complaints is results of 10 yr study.

AzBN disciplinary numbers are in the 1000s requiring huge staff to regulate and monitor stipulated nurses. Many nurses have left nursing as they were not politically correct and were violated for non nursing issues. In several cases political values are paramount but only call it that here as the dollars are not on the table that is countable.

It is now all nurses know where the industry is at. Survival does occur with mobster attitude revealing the location on the corruption map with sooo many templates of agency crimes, all across the country.

With the accumulated nurse throat slashings and the unruly pandemic, nurses have walked. The nurse world is now at the head of the class of management failures, with the public and educated nursing being forced out. This goal of reducing nursing seems thrifty for corporate and pt. nurse ratios standards go away.

The advent and popularity of SM and the poor trust issue related to conventional media has brought insight and transparency upon people like JoBeth Ridenour the director if AZBN. The economic downfall of the health care system comes from the inside when Ariz nurses are needed to be hired via head hunter rates at an average of $2000.00 per shift for 1 nurse. The economic math on that is nauseating when multication of population is applied. Arizona has the lowest number of residential licensed nurses in the U.S. which equates to easy travel agency money. Although hospitals ‘s costs for nursing has soared. This is somehow devaluating for nursing, making more money? The Bd designates options against nurses relative to their pay level. Meaning if nurse A Trujillo were working in home health she’d still be there working. Getting rid of the nurses corporate or physicians say to eliminate saves money. Carol Scheaffer’s paycheck for long standing loyalty and dedication was way higher than manager’s; so now you can figure the current of this page. Not all the busy little bees are finished making honey. The evidence for nurses to carry to one another and students is being transmitted throughout nurse networks. Arguing about political rhetoric issues against nurses interferes with what is happening now. The dumpster fire is now raging in the AZBN, patience.
