Most new and working nurses are so often ignorant to their own power and how to avoid the political horrors of the Regulartory Agency’s behaviors and tend to try and defend themselves against these Jabba The Hut types. Certainly dealing with honesty and innocence seems advantageous to the soul, but once the nurse presents truth & arguing it, the flood gates of yester yrs.’s events opens.

The nurse’s defense is a back-up, and in place. The mind must be first committed to independence of the confidence the nurse has in the righteousness of the nurse’s known actions. Meaning you did it, had variables but undisclosed truths that were tossed. The first plus move is to never leave an assignment until relieved. A clinical c/c may first come to the nurse whilst on assignment. The stats on regulatory complaints show few are dismissed w/o board note tagged to the nurse’s license. Forever! All bds and national council support their mission by discipline. They also love free stuff like food. If this sounds off the wall you should see some of these Jabbas face to face. ComeOn, you’re suppose to be a person concerned about health. Successful cases occur when the nurse walks away from everything, doesn’t say anything and moves out of state. This can have fallout in some areas but unless the nurse has stolen something or errored on pt. care the power is still with the nurse. Is it unrealistic to walk out of state and say nothing and do nothing? Depending on the complaint heard or attempted to be heard, out of state csses have an established success rate of dismissal way above the initial state’s c/c. In some ways its like escaping from prison. The layman will believe in the constitution, and oddly it has recently worked by tossing actual real people out of atty’s general’s office. That would be the liar & former Az Asst AG Elizabeth A. Campbell. However comma she’d still be in Phoenix and appears still to be attached to that office under new AG. Watch for new judgeships. Supreme Court has a new board cast off. That one whom sang louder when informed she was not in tune. She then spit on the ground and smoke came from burnt grass?

Its so Un-American to create falsehoods and the state of nursing and Healthcare is only well communicated in academia which does have long-term positive responses, particularly amongst physicians whose connection and need for real nurses is high on required lists.

Escaping, and rapidly doing so maybe not an option for some but is so often more successful than lawyering up in state. Remember, real lawyers do not like nursing board cases b/c they’re well know for being unable to win. I’ve actually had an atty say,”The AZBN is a monster, and NO, you’d be wasting your money hiring me/” A real atty in Phoenix said that.

Moving out of state maybe your only option to avoid a ruined career. Drug addiction temple’s used by most boards can be successful if money is available. The routine of this treatment, and civil acceptance, may aid to seek it as an option. Although success is noted; but at the same time total nurses lost to addiction is too high.

The anomaly of money and power needs to be recognized in justification of cash rewards. There is nothing they won’t do for money and power. Following from inside created culling screen which clogs w/false documents to a point of serial killer investigations upon nurses. Another dream come true for a later story. Do not die just yet.

Thirty years ago the largest work force in the world was nurses. And today the only number that has changed is the number of nurses who are not working. That would be a clue. Most nurses or former times would often stay on one job site for their entire career. This fact was very stabilizing for the industry which actually reduce the need for more nurses and jobs after graduation from nursing school were not easy to find. The present day horrors and the covid BS plus years of corrupted regulatory agencies has finally hit bottom and the limited availability of the same force has created a health care environment that has got the general population scared to death to even have dental work. Don’t be afraid, go ahead and ask..

Nurses often find they’d be very uncomfortable with bedside nursing in some states and seek other medical types of employment.Corporate by 90s full tilt and big law on big money and the sraffing dwindles begin.

The socially trained and experienced nurse is often a big enough compliment of health care to be a single entity to the immediate well being of any random citizen. The need for outside assistance by the nurse to perform acts of care is limited to the physician, the pharmacist, and a nurse’s assistant. Outside interference by corporate and government self serves themselves and these are wasted wasted resources but their employment roster is ID “Too Many Chiefs & No Indians”. Some bds publish biannual meeting agendas with lists of bd approved professionals certified to satisfy bd’s nursing assessors of compliance with probation. This annual number is in the thousands.This publication is frequently listed w/bd meeting agenda as well bd staffers. If you print this you’ll be in violation of O’bama’s Paper Reduction Act. It’s actually about the size of the boarding roster for the HMS Titanic. The research of nurse probation is the main reason for thousands of nurse probation whose termination from probation is often failure and revocation of licenses is routine. The main reason for the gross shortage of staff is nursing bds and it’s thousand employees who need nurse’s blood to get paid. This is the reason for the fall of the Nursing profession. Nurses eat other nurses for money.

The vetoing of SB1443 confirms what many health care workers have known for a long time, there are criminals, of all types, in our system. If you, as a young governor live long enough to use the Az health care system, as is now in place, you too, will eventually get harmed; or perhaps someone very close to you. Had you passed the SB1443 it would have, at least, reduced the horrible display of cronyism that simply harms & kills people. All you guys look good in your fancy clothes surrounded by the sweet looking assistants. I wonder how you’d look in a body bag lying in a cold hospital morgue. Its not a stretch. But I am sure that is what it will take before you get it.

There isn’t a lot of authorities, in this state of Az, that get information about what is happening to people in the field. You being one of the well respected law makers would be privy to things that happen in your Dept, State. So you’ve heard, “Just So You Know” before as it means that the information coming to you has little anticipation that justice, as we openly know it, will be served. She now has a Tattoo near the massive scars from repair surgeries that says,”Welcome To Bullhead”. True Story.

I think the importance of this post defines what health care has become.

I am a retired R.N. of 40 yrs, started my nursing care in 1966 and served as a hospital corpsman for the marine corps. I was also a special forces diver. I served eight yrs. I spent 10 years, in Boston, getting my nursing education and was mentored by nurses who had shaken the hand of the great one. Back when nurses wrote social services consult orders and it was honored. If I come to a decision that something isn’t quite right, chances are I am right.

I came to Bullhead City, Az., in 1999, with a clean record and worked at the area hospitals of WARMC & Valley View Medical Ctr, both in Mohave Cty, Az.

My wife,had spinal surgery @ WARMC by Dr Isaac M. Thapedi. She was scheduled for her third redo in Oct of 09 for two previous failures. An upper endoscopy showed a 1X2″ perforation of her esophagus, although that finding was never mentioned. The case was cancelled and she was scheduled for an ENT consult, Dr Robert Wang, in Las Vegas in about ten days. Dr Wang requested a G-Tube with supplemental replacements. The patient, Karla Lee Davis was discharged home. At that time the mentioning of the perforation was a never event. Her discharge orders allowed her to drink clear fluids.

On, or about, the third day I began to notice changes in respiratory efficiency, skin color, mentation with an elevated core temperature. I called Dr Wangs’ office who said to either call 911 or bring her to his location ASAP. On the way to Las Vegas I needed to stop several times to help Karla breath. She was admitted to UMC Las Vegas and spent 3 Mos in ICU. To this day she has zero remembrance of the ride to Las Vehas. She survived after spending about three years in and out of surgeries, totaling 13 general anesthesia surgeries. Countless endoscopic procedures..

When Dr Wang made the perforation discovery he was not made aware of that until he initially did surgery to essentially place drains to reduce the swelling from the infection. The idea that the pt. was drinking fluids that carried oral microbes, the worst in the world, down the esophagus and ending up in the chest cavity was appalling. Although he only expressed that to the pt when he wanted to know why she was drinking fluids? “Because Dr Thapedi told me to” , was the answer he got.

Review of the medical record from WARMC made no mention, other than esophageal excoriation, of any perforation. Eventually a radiology report of the endoscopy performed that day by Dr Leroy Smith made the perforation clear by photos, as well as the notation that Dr Thapedi was aware of the perforation. Obtaining that evidence was done by James Bond.

Complaints to Barry Schneider, the then CEO of WARMC were ignored. Complaints to the medical board were dismissed. I was served with injunction orders after being fired for, they said, “Threatening the life of a physician”.

I was arrested for violation of that injunction order after allegedly contacting the hospital by USPS. I spent 40 days in Kingman jail and they found some marijuana after a search of my home. I’ve had prescriptions many times over, never tested positive and never accused of impairment.

The physician testified at an ADM Law Ct hearing, as did his much younger, well lacquered, very big breasted girl friend that I stalked them and threatened them. Beth A. Campbell was the prosecutor who changed evidence more times than a rattle snake sheds skin.

His testimony was never corroborated and I was never prosecuted by the police for any complaint he filed. He was awarded by Judge Jantzen of Kingman, Az., 85,000.00 for defame. If it walks like a duck. I surrendered my nursing license and you know what they can do with their probation. This is your system. Just So You Know.
