Known Crimes

Daily writing prompt
Have you ever unintentionally broken the law?

Typically nurses come b/w the physician and the patient and our ability to decipher if treatment is effective or not can often be too clear; and many times we just don’t know. When we put our experience to use we can find some of the most horrible cases of abuse which is a major problem for honesty. I know many nurses don’t move toward known crimes against pts., but I did and against all odds. Practicing physicians have a protective war chest of lawyers and judges whom get paid to protect them.

My crimes against them were to use social media to tell the story of how a surgeon of gross incompetence was able to continue to destroy lives after known wrongful deaths cases were won against him.

My violation of law revolved around continued writing on social media after court order to stop. The truth is and only the truth, I never left the keyboard to commit my crimes. Most physicians are dedicated to follow their best intentions, but their world can destroy their own honesty. It is where the fallen don’t hit the ground but are allowed to continue to generate $$ and destroy lives. Some physicians fall to alcohol and drugs which is far from rare.. Careers and lives are lost. I’m a nurse, not a Saint. And a veteran. Death I’m trained for, oddly karma got there before I could do more crimes. It really did. The answer to this prompt of unintentionally committed crimes was I actually thought telling the truth was legal. It is not.

The Greatest Generation

Daily writing prompt
What were your parents doing at your age?

It is unlikely that I fully grasped what my parents indured to get to that point of living as long and healthy as I am today. They never made it as me and perhaps b/c of their overuse of their bodies to survive and to carry-on as the greatest generation did [WW2] Generation.. Having nursed many of these types, and much younger generations I can say they were wicked tough. If they couldn’t live as they always were they simply refused to live and asked me to help them take their own lives.

Tyranny

Daily writing prompt
If you had the power to change one law, what would it be and why?

The act in being arrested for what somebody claims and only what they claim rides people’s backside to knowledge of misguided power to be powerful. I can not say the changing of laws in existence is my answer to this question. My note would be for the legal system to somehow follow the laws in place already. I know 10 nurses in Arizona who lost their ability to practice clinically b/c existing laws were abandoned that would’ve absolved or protected them. TIA This is Arizona. If I know 10 how many others are there??

The Deep Dive/My Invention

Daily writing prompt
The most important invention in your lifetime is…

In my youth I had passion for scuba diving and was also a teen alcohol drinker of note. I had learned of ‘rapture of the deep’ through research and televisions’ shows. Just about everything I read lead the deep diver, breathing atmospheric air at depths below 100ft into mental confusion and serious malfunctioning physical limitations

q. I had to try it and went to Provincetown, Mass. for easy depth access close to shore. At about 100ft I became very, very mellow and comfortable. I was not confused and had no physical limitations. Just like a couple alcohol drinks. At 120ft there was no change. By the time I broke the surface the wonderful feeling was gone. Enter Colt45 to the mix. Perhaps by accident I had 1 Colt45 16oz shortly before one of hj àthese similar dives. There were no changes at depth and in the world of substance abuse this turned out to be the holy grail of highs…when I broke the surface the euphoria held for several hrs and I never had a hangover. By progression of diseases I eventually fell prey but this is my invention of the best drink ever.

Stage Fright

Bloganuary writing prompt
What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?

For long years I was not able to speak to public w/significant amount of people in the audience. One mentor taught me that fear of exposure of who I am maybe the source of this fear. The training involved ‘to thy own self be true’. This was a deep dive into failures and accepting it was my involvement w/not doing my best. Further training needed was many social events and mixing myself for exchanges. Finally, speaking up at meetings as much as possible desensitized my fears, but not overnight. It was such a great relaxing feeling to have fear control.

The Ridenour Of Where?

Joey Ridenour has become the national leader for guidance in terminating nurses from active duty by writing the AZBN’s laws herself. The National Council of State Boards of Nursing carries nearly all states in its reputar road to international nursing control. The NCSBN does not allow the general public access to a course of law making to write laws for states in their regulations of nurses. The lay person would automatically accept this by simply considerating that Joey Ridenour would be the best one person to decide nurse guidelines? The legislature, as we know etched this probably 5 yrs after she became director. As it stands the course Ridenour writes is accessible through one of National Council ‘s restricted sites for purchase. I can not tell you exactly how many state’s bds have followed her lead in application but can easily be identified in nurse practice acts by directive indices leading board to expand their discipline parameters. If the public wants view of this course you can not get it. Access is only allowed by protected agencies. Although we do not have the finites of details only the end results of abuse to nurses and assistants that cause enormous public failures in the health care industry. Of course, you just have to know what that special language Ridenour could use to cause such massive and unneeded chaos. The ‘public’ is virtually anybody the registered nurses & assistants come in contact with. Whenever they were born. The documentation lives in the hearts of the power trippers tools that create a huge list if scavengers that stay close to the Great White’s mouth. It’s estimated that there are about 10,000 nurses working in regulations or connected indirectly with revenue.Their actions cause not only many losses of nurses & assistants but many cases only show how one person can be so dangerous and expensive to operate as a b/w catalyst to patient care failures. And in many cases public decency is the non-existence known fuel of damage. Non-existent b/c the public is unaware how little Little Johnny’s renals got bottomed out?

Fortunately for me it’s way more than I know but also what can be proven. The regulatory agency has long been the pivot point of public health failures but Ridenour continues to run aground; but many know where.

Grave#1

Is it all possible that a patient can unknowingly be discharged from a hospital after having a through & through hole created in her esophagus during endoscopy and told, by a person calling himself a surgeon, it’s OK to drink fluids?? Upon full knowledge of this Joey Ridenour declared this event not medical malpractice. The AZBN is the Phoenix location for mass killings of patients and nurses alike. Their grave sites just as well be right in the government center. Remember, social decency is controlled by white collar crime deep within our own briberous employees.

The ability in conveying reality in a mysteriously immoral world is my soul and blood whose spilage gives noteworthy evidence here.

The cases of fraudelent investigations are well known by field and bedside nursing. Regulations are the stepping stone for medical success by greed.

Who is in Grave#2

In this world here names are commonly used to promote credibility of content. Elisa Rubicavla was a 36 y.o. mother of 2 young children who came to Bullhead City from California and ended up dying after cervical spine surgery which ultimately went to legal issues to further demonstrate deceit at multiple levels trying to avoid compensation. The cause of her death came on the 3rd post op day when respiratory functions failed secondary to a hole in her trachea. The exam of the airway defined a surgical tear in the trachea’s upper portion that was concluded to be above where the intubation tube balloon was inflated. The importance of this fact created no problem whilst Elisa was intubated. Upon extubation difficult respiratory function began, and on the weekend. Of logistical relevance as anesthesia had so often openly disliked doing long surgical cases that needed to be recovered when weekend staffing was thin. Upon respiratory post op stress she died while not in ICU. The surgeon’s claim that the anesthesiologist drove a guiding stylete through her trachea during intubation was fiction as anesthesia never used any stylete.

Beyond the connection of social decency health care providers often can find themselves in courtrooms packed with powerful people w/deep pockets whose ability to alter evidence of the dead is on a template. The fallout beyond immediate witnesses is often unknown even to hospital administration that is the financial benefit of the surgeon..Ultimately, true greed w/intent only follows but a few. Barry Schneider, Therese Rowan, Isaac Thapedi, Scott King and Lee Jantzen are those few. Not anesthesia. Anesthesia and clinical nursing not in violations. The Graves are numbered. This one has a young mother in it. TIA …this is Arizona…

What is your mission?

The Last Hit. Y.A. Title 1963 In his last 3 years in N.Y. he never was able to deliver a championship but the franchise considers his years as their ‘Glory Years’ b/c he delivered Heart.

Few public members know that the death of young Johnny’s kidneys would arise from overdoses of too much of the wrong antibiotics? Using SM information for this has power beyond the authorities whose mission, like the AZBN, is to ‘protect the public’. Not going to happen. Arizona health care access and efficacy is at the bottom of the rated lists. The medical bd only exists for proxy cash payments and after a number of drinks of alcohol b/w friends you learn to leave the state for treatment.
