Nurses Be As One Director Ridenour

Director Ridenour,

For me to comment on opinion requested ad on AZBN site is also for other nurses whose experience w/AZBN is noteworthy to comment upon new law to create broader educational flexibility. Good idea.

Although much could be done to reduce nurse shortage by reactivating licenses gone because of non clinical behaviors. The political arrangement now noted throughout higher learning presents unjust discipline via state agencies. The AZBN isn’t specifically noted, only through code, but accounts for ten cases is well known through cohorted nurses of dissent. A point of poor relations not helping shortage.

To conclude maybe so many already trained nurses could find a way back to work simply by adherences to existing laws previously abandoned in noted cases.

Murder

Daily writing prompt
What is the biggest challenge you will face in the next six months?

Most deaths created by combat deaths completed while in uniform are not considered legal murder, but death upon another created freely and intentionalized by bringing a weapon to the scene is murder. To realize this option is most always not considered a variable in post event that would allow for freedom. Like free murder is unavailable. However, the application of death upon another is not absent of emotional and neurological comfort. The narcotic like glow garnished from these human terminations of life is a dream world of pleasure as there is a neurological punch that lasts for long periods. Don’t ask. The challenge in this 24hrs/6mos. is to avoid these behaviors as there are so many opportunities and candidates that would benefit society if not around.

Forrest Gump Box of Chocolates AZBN

The boat with a powerful engine and massive ocean bottom dragging equipment brings up loads of unknown..where to dump this load?

Nursing has created its own horror shows of disciplinary actions equaling about 50,000 actions per year that causes the loss of nurses whom can not work. Many of these are certifiable public safety actions to help protect the public. How many do not represent accuracy of details and are noted throughout much of the industry as ‘unjust?’ Academia has presented a large volume of cases which have been hard for the informed nurse to grasp the trustworthiness of its governing agency. What we now have is Forrest Gump presenting a box of chocolates whose knowledge “We Never Know What We Are Going Get. Actual facts as evidence defines deciet. All amounting to legislature actions of note to protect all, including the nurse. Lawmakers do their job and get laws probatively workable, and the paper trail of successful public safety becomes irrelevant when nearing the cash reg.

Reminding the world that for every bad there is a worse. The man pictured below has a name of Nathan Sutherland whose life of sexual abuse is now limited to prison inmates after raping an obtunded and vulnerable 29 y.o. female while in his care. Does he even look like a Nathan Sutherland? This case is the second patient rape case in Arizona of a patient and is ‘the worse’. Not shared by contemporary news. The previous rape 25 yrs ago in Arizona produce no offspring. Accuracy of details in both documentary Board and National Council cases has left out many failures which support increased income by simply decreased staffing. Will the present day federal management & regulatory cuts make it to Arizona? To the fed investigation …you are dealing with the most corrupt state in our States so I wish you luck as you’ll need it.

Luigi Mangione, upon shooting a major health care executive, becomes a murderer of distinction and its not long before Mangiones history is for all to see his life. To know what makes people w/brains commit intentional crimes may help the stable understand what causes errors of a huge magnitude. The very first comment his mother stated upon hearing about her son’s crime, “I can picture him doing that.”

The rape and impregnation if an obtunded patient defines the lowest form of moral care and clinical and social integrity in nursing history. The world of the victim is totally unknown except in the world of a vile nurse which other nurses are blind and the nurse assault world is unknown. What do we know about Nathan Sutherland? How could this so-called man commit such an immoral act? How much isolated time did Sutherland have, and the lack of nursing assessment to note an obvious physical change? Nobody wants to hear the painful truth of who Sutherland is. He worked nights as charge and did cover his vilainist acts in detail. Who is this person to slip into nursing and be left w/keys to the entire facility? Hacienda health has been over hauled.

The AZBN wants more power to allow educators in teaching facilities that have failed students education by failing certification exams, to be allowed reissue of teaching credentials. This would allow colleges like Aspen to reinstitute courses of already demonstrations of poor results to allow institute to continuing courses and move onto graduation. Help w/nurse shortage . For all the nurses who’ve lost their licenses for good deeds, and there are many, we now have the luxury of full clarity of how the Arizona Bd works. Speed dial training to reduce staffing costs. My guess Nathan Sutherland was alone on that Hacienda wing, at night, for hours to be allowed to do his evil.

He be the target now in Az Corrections in Phoenix but will not be corrected until he dies.

What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?

Most here are roads of nursing Adm and regulation errors and defining nurse behaviors rarely publicly known. Managed nurses whose motive is governmentally initiated are not beauty queens who get married and retire at 17. The beasts of regulations are often synaped from only a few from dictatorial road to create the rock of their existence. The source of regulations in Arizona does stand out as horrible throughout the nursing world. Many nurses love safety and love those who attempt to create it; and destroy those who work for patient safety. The phenomenon of good and evil in the same package. Watching nurses behaviors under oath is a phenomenon experience that went beyond my inventory of a combat medic and 30 yrs of critical care nursing. Never saw a nurse lie, under oath, many times, until I came to meet the AZBN.

The Surgeon From Hell Part 2

Although there are multiple scenarios associated with This particular surgeon other bad physicians exist, very few reached the height of the ‘still operating’ with mental illness as did Isaac Thapedi.

This session involves being requested to meet Issac Thapedi in radiology for a patient consult, a patient known as a significant family member that Thapedi tooled me to tool her. At this point the patient was 43 y.o. Caucasian female w/ s/p cervical fusion and vertebrae removal; she had severe swallowing issues that caused major weight loss. This consultant session w/ local radiologist in exam room as well. A full single plane of patient’s xrays was on the viewer revealing all of spine. All of prior spinal surgeries were clear including lumbar images of note for askew alignment. Prior image of recent cervical surgery was also evident for similar assessment, by an experienced eye not considered professionally probative. That is me, decades of being a critical care nurse to be well seasoned w/game skin only in emotional patient contacts. Meaning this .meeting is a political arrangement.

Patient had two days prior lumbar steroid injections for low back pain. I now only know of lumbar surgery 20+ yrs prior from a military injury not considered disqualifying for labor light duty, meaning patient remained an essential worker and nor disabled. Not yet, but whilst cervical Thapedi’s Instrumentation, was already wearing away her esophagus Thapedi was shopping for a lumbar fusion w/PBrown, me, as the salesman. This is a multi level fraud w/cover ups case. Where? Upon questioning patient about Thapedi’s lumbar fusion, of the same, she stunningly said, “I already have had that surgery “.

Later, the same patient would be asked to do a redo of the failed cervical surgery that she didn’t need in the first place.

The events surrounding the statements here factually appear to be true. Many events of failure in the plain site of witnesses has lasting need for documentation for the future in the history which nursing educators can apply. These events in the inventory of Isaac Thapedi, occur as spinal surgery is worth a million dollar salary . The immorality needed to bring financial success is always negotiated by crooked cash register crooks calling themselves professionals such as; Lawyers, physicians nurses whose noted resumes Mohave County Arizona. Documented here before. edu coordination; I will out in my will.

In Mohave County doing repeat surgeries on prior surgeries that were not needed to begin with. Creating life long disabilities was the business model. He looks good here but Karma came to him, and his crew. Riddles wrapped in mystery inside an enigma of $$

What makes a good leader?

Those with the gold make pretty good leaders if they’re OK with spending it.

No Importance AZBN

The importance of this document is that it isn’t important although it ultimately houses mail fraud, suborned perjury cases, and felonies against nurses; until now. Laying dormant for a few years, the huge filed referenced strategically is noted for open court when negotiations are irrelevant. Our journey of injustice was only to ourselves upon u.s. delivered postal service. This coming Adm will unlikely make the Az state level of draining but new leaders, all over, are motivated for change.

Student getting ready to learn how to be a trained social nurse and carried herself in strength. The outer apron and bib is immaculate as is her hands. She would go onto nursing the infirmed and the lame for 40 yrs and only worked in one hospital her entire career.

Barrels of Ink..AZBN

Most communications not seen in published pages and only seen in texts or even in social media will generally avoid direct identified nurses names for confidential reasons. If Jane knows evidence gathered upon nursing board of Arizona is promoted away from nurses’ cases w/o ever having justice filed then Jane will know many others of the same. The AZBN exists in a world void of responsibility and buys printing ink by the barrels. So many documents revealing BDS’ horror volumes to which the national secretary of AZBN of national council has had locked in documents of fraud against many Jane’s of nursing. The legislative rules for AZBN are real only to the legislative branch and is totally nonexistent for Bd activities. Point of post is that many nurse stories are here inspite of lack of names.

Nurses known to me of the disciplined category are many whose cases are imbedded ten years from 2011 in specifics from their own words and names that will have search abilities here. From this point all .evidence is designed to satisfy the incoming administration.

Selected Silencing in referred study linked will be noted for MaKary https://tc.academia.edu/drauroraparadisis Kim Paradisis represents and presents the damages caused to nurses from the regulations of state governments. She has no problem picking a fight with those who buy ink by the barrel.

Nurse Staffing Failures

The present day health care staffing crisis is of our own making; and years in the profit making department. There are limited coverups as nurses present the injuries and patient deaths.

Intense, sad, infuriating and powerful. This video by The New York Times features two MNA nurses as it exposes the hospital industry’s longstanding practice of understaffing nurses to drive profits at the expense of patient safety.

MNA local leaders Marlena Pellegrino, RN at St. Vincent Hospital, and Kerry Noonan, RN at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, are featured prominently in the video, which advocates for safe patient limits within hospitals and at the legislative level.

This NY Times video reveals the truth: The current staffing crisis was created by the hospital industry, which has spent tens of millions on misinformation campaigns over the years to thwart efforts to ensure safer RN staffing and patient care in Massachusetts and beyond.

From the NY Times Opinion staff:

We’re entering our third year of Covid, and America’s nurses — who we celebrated as heroes during the early days of lockdown — are now leaving the bedside. The pandemic arrived with many people having great hope for reform on many fronts, including the nursing industry, but much of that optimism seems to have faded.

In the Opinion Video above, nurses set the record straight about the root cause of the nursing crisis: chronic understaffing by profit-driven hospitals that predates the pandemic. “I could no longer work in critical care under the conditions I was being forced to work under with poor staffing,” explains one nurse, “and that’s when I left.” They also tear down the common misconception that there’s a shortage of nurses. In fact, there are more qualified nurses today in America than ever before.

To keep patients safe and protect our health care workers, lawmakers could regulate nurse-patient ratios, which California put in place in 2004, with positive results. Similar legislation was proposed and defeated in Massachusetts several years ago (with help from a $25 million “no” campaign funded by the hospital lobby), but it is currently on the table in Illinois and Pennsylvania. These laws could save patient lives and create a more just work environment for a vulnerable generation of nurses, the ones we pledged to honor and protect at the start of the pandemic.

I do remember the prepandemic discipline actions of AZBN against many good nurses whose monster and immoral approach to monitoring gave clear views of a major contributing factor to nurses exoduses.

What technology would you be better off without, why?

Probably not technology to the probative categories of total AI afflicted social damage but the human touch of nurse management can be so disastrous. The evidence that nursing is out of control in many areas has its sources ALL going through state governments whose law statutes are often ignored. The evidence of this statement has reams and reams of publications now being presented in ample academic environments. The useless loss of the bedside nursing community is well established by over regulations whose political horrors are destroying quality care. Although there can easily be found nursing violations of note, creating other roads of safety must be found if the nursing community is going to improve on the nursing shortage. The separation of state and federal involvement is beyond evaluation as neither the state or federal oversight exists. The Potters’ field of evidence on dead patients is all now knowledge causing the informed exoduses from our own systems. The general informed population is scared to death of U.S. health. Click and cancel nurses is the gold rush of corporate automatic truth elimination found in administrative paychecks.
