A truthful wish would be to eliminate Az corrupted directors of state’s regulations whose health care and dental care can destroy lives. That is my only wish. If you’re able, crawl out of AZ for any health treatments.

Committed criminal acts against many pts. in our health care system is often covered up and not known to public. Not all crimes against the people are unknown. I would like to return actions of crime against these bad offenders but since two wrongs do not make a right, I do not. Three lefts make a right??

Nurse’s Pain Memory Ctr
Recovery clicks on ‘pain has no memory”..I say it does and nurses carry a lot of painful experiences in their memory banks to view the world frequented by many kinds of pain. A 70y.o. ICU nurse working the post op of a 300lbs. male, 60 y.o. , multiple coronary bypasses, sprinkled with drug addiction complicating recovery. The big city cardiac surgery unit is shy of staffing leading eventually to 300lbs pt. climb out of railed b ed and fell b/w chair/door & bed w/ no door open option . Moving the bed and using a hoyer lift is all there is. This pt . has pulled out main lines, is squawking heard everywhere. It’s 3 am and there are two nurses available. The 70y.o. is an experienced nurse , but this is off the charts unless 4 people of reasonable strength. Two young male residents at nurse’s stations were asked to help and actually go in the breskroom to not come back out to help…the truth of failure and death is seldom a nurse’s mystery. The nurse’s answers from the curb that 300lbs drug abused of intentional repeats is the surgery mill commonly seen . Although this particular event is unique other levels of abuse occurs for many in the big ChaChing industry..Many events nurses carry around have caused enormous failures in the adm & regulations machine causing depletion of nurses wanting to be nurses.

Its not real the mind of the curious whose intentions are research. Public execution has always struck me as politically involved far above the public satisfaction that execution appears to generate. The innocent projects have shown many convictions are falsely obtained and a unreliable and inaccurate ride on a journey for political fame is far from rare. Taking one of these rides I would find very interesting to show human nature can be evil that crushes many for the financial benefit of only a few.

How one spends decades being good to so many, and herself, then in short order she is depicted as nurse villain is the question many scholars love to analyze. It is true, villains are now all over nursing and can be rounded up and torched just about every other month by another group of villains with enormous power and more importantly, arrogance. The arrogance all villains seek as it’s results is here today. At any one time any one of created villains can ambulate forward and expose and destroy. The Justice System 21st Century
Few people make it through life w/o a need for a character or attitude adjustment which is often moved through them via some form of a judicial system. When this judicial system functions within success for the public as well as the guilty, it can help. Being corrected and accepting failure with remorse can stabilize the heart. All well and good in a perfect system.
Victims in the health care systems are first, more common than is known. As many are now aware U.S. health care is no longer in the top ten of industrialized countries, beyond 25 at the bottom we now are. 30 yrs ago Hillary Clinton’s campaigns of corrections were trashed and what opportunities for corrections were ignored. By 2000 all clinical lips were sealed and the dollar boom in health care was a free range rat. Identifying rats in a system that has been grossly dwindling and horribly showing the world that coming to U.S. for health care is a very poor choice. The ‘out of place’ sense first felt by me was being directly charged by atty general of AZ via AZBN whose lies of a physician were at the time bemusing as watching people perjure themselves for money was oddly fulfilling in the, ‘See I told you world.’ Surely out of place.The horrors now being seen and felt by most Americans begins with the corporations of greed. There are 1000s of nurses across the country terminated for telling the truth. It’s happening and these reasons for the nurse shortage crisis has made the entire country feel ‘out of place’ when needing health care in the U.S. This page is loaded with actuals. The first rule of evil is to convince you it doesn’t exist, but we all now know it does exist.

A young man I was when a catholic priest said that honesty of the heart comes from the mind, the difference you make in your decisions is balanced on your morality to be honest. Honesty as a prevalent theme protects from guilt to be free of damage from many. Be honest and comfort will find you.
45th NCSBN Serves More Kool Aid
It is true the National Council has been organized for 45 yrs.;whose posted pictures of the gala event reveal a marvelous array of normals appearing successful. I could not help remembering my own personal experience I had when given a Maine State Bd of Nursing Warning for accessing a printer as a supervisor with other dept head’s p assword. The Arizona branch of the NCSBN opened the case 12 yrs after the ME. issued a settled warning. The National Council’s of Arizona added a breaking a confidential record note by one simple computer click. The additional violation stayed publically accessible for 3 yrs. & more. What a waste of resources! These so called public safety sultans abuse nurses at an alarming rate. The crowd pictured in David Bentin’s post has only The Kool Aid cup absent. The state nursing is in today will go down in academia as the bottoms. Failures throughout the systems are because its missing honest, trained nurses, everywhere. Why does Arizona taxpayers have to shore up nearly 100 million dollars for rental nurses? Real home grown nurses are gone. Where did they go?? All nurses know where the Kool aide resides; It thrives on the backs of unjust disciplined created by many affiliates of NCSBN.
