The vetoing of SB1443 confirms what many health care workers have known for a long time, there are criminals, of all types, in our system. If you, as a young governor live long enough to use the Az health care system, as is now in place, you too, will eventually get harmed; or perhaps someone very close to you. Had you passed the SB1443 it would have, at least, reduced the horrible display of cronyism that simply harms & kills people. All you guys look good in your fancy clothes surrounded by the sweet looking assistants. I wonder how you’d look in a body bag lying in a cold hospital morgue. Its not a stretch. But I am sure that is what it will take before you get it.

There isn’t a lot of authorities, in this state of Az, that get information about what is happening to people in the field. You being one of the well respected law makers would be privy to things that happen in your Dept, State. So you’ve heard, “Just So You Know” before as it means that the information coming to you has little anticipation that justice, as we openly know it, will be served. The following is a post, on social media and I am sorry to say it is true.

Did you hear the one where the girl was told to drink water after being discharged from WARMC, in Bullhead City, Az. when the Dr put a 1X2″ hole in her esophsgus.? She now has a Tattoo near the massive scars from repair surgeries that says,”Welcome To Bullhead”. True Story.

I think the importance of this post defines what health care has become.

I am a retired R.N. of 40 yrs, started my nursing care in 1966 and served as a hospital corpsman for the marine corps. I was also a special forces diver. I served eight yrs. I spent 10 years, in Boston, getting my nursing education and was mentored by nurses who had shaken the hand of the great one. Back when nurses wrote social services consult orders and it was honored. If I come to a decision that something isn’t quite right, chances are I am right.

I came to Bullhead City, Az., in 1999, with a clean record and worked at the area hospitals of WARMC & Valley View Medical Ctr, both in Mohave Cty, Az.

My wife,had spinal surgery @ WARMC by Dr Isaac M. Thapedi. She was scheduled for her third redo in Oct of 09 for two previous failures. An upper endoscopy showed a 1X2″ perforation of her esophagus, although that finding was never mentioned. The case was cancelled and she was scheduled for an ENT consult, Dr Robert Wang, in Las Vegas in about ten days. Dr Wang requested a G-Tube with supplemental replacements. The patient, Karla Lee Davis was discharged home. At that time the mentioning of the perforation was a never event. Her discharge orders allowed her to drink clear fluids.

On, or about, the third day I began to notice changes in respiratory efficiency, skin color, mentation with an elevated core temperature. I called Dr Wangs’ office who said to either call 911 or bring her to his location ASAP. On the way to Las Vegas I needed to stop several times to help Karla breath. She was admitted to UMC Las Vegas and spent 3 Mos in ICU. To this day she has zero remembrance of the ride to Las Vehas. She survived after spending about three years in and out of surgeries, totaling 13 general anesthesia surgeries. Countless endoscopic procedures..

When Dr Wang made the perforation discovery he was not made aware of that until he initially did surgery to essentially place drains to reduce the swelling from the infection. The idea that the pt. was drinking fluids that carried oral microbes, the worst in the world, down the esophagus and ending up in the chest cavity was appalling. Although he only expressed that to the pt when he wanted to know why she was drinking fluids? “Because Dr Thapedi told me to” , was the answer he got.

Review of the medical record from WARMC made no mention, other than esophageal excoriation, of any perforation. Eventually a radiology report of the endoscopy performed that day by Dr Leroy Smith made the perforation clear by photos, as well as the notation that Dr Thapedi was aware of the perforation. Obtaining that evidence was done by James Bond.

Complaints to Barry Schneider, the then CEO of WARMC were ignored. Complaints to the medical board were dismissed. I was served with injunction orders after being fired for, they said, “Threatening the life of a physician”.

I was arrested for violation of that injunction order after allegedly contacting the hospital by USPS. I spent 40 days in Kingman jail and they found some marijuana after a search of my home. I’ve had prescriptions many times over, never tested positive and never accused of impairment.

The physician testified at an ADM Law Ct hearing, as did his much younger, well lacquered, very big breasted girl friend that I stalked them and threatened them. Beth A. Campbell was the prosecutor who changed evidence more times than a rattle snake sheds skin.

His testimony was never corroborated and I was never prosecuted by the police for any complaint he filed. He was awarded by Judge Jantzen of Kingman, Az., 85,000.00 for defame. If it walks like a duck. I surrendered my nursing license and you know what they can do with their probation. This is your system. Just So You Know. The documentation we talked about is in an anonymous location.

Radonda Vaught’s 21st Century of Modern Nursing For Murder & Mayhem

Radonda Vaught lost her license after giving a paralytic medication instead of a low dose sedative. The course of her case defines where nursing is in 21st century and few want to know and less know. Radonda was a young collegiate registered nurse who gave a pt. the blatantly the wrong med that killed the pt. and blamed it upon the electronic system the pharmacy had created. The regulatory bosses said ‘sure’ and cut Radonda lose .

The details in the case are pure stupidity from start to finish and impales nurses’s heads upon stakes by protecting the gold first. One experienced nurse said she could tell what the real ordered medication was from 20 ft away? It’s not long before pharmacy won’t take it any longer and files to the honest ones. Blaming pharmacy for a nursing stupidity and greed represent an arrogance of the Vanderbilt connected Justice system and watching the case play out was marvel of what the dollar can do..Pharmacists are like DNR, their evidence speaks for itself.

Ultimately lawyers actually define righteous defense that Nursing Board did not discipline Radonda, after she was feloneously charged w/neglectable homicide. The true Glory of lawyering focuses upon Peter Strinase for following the$ by assured evidence Nursing Regulators passed on Vaught for discipline. This point is critical in that Vaught gained large nurse support. Their reasoning for support was r/t severity of charges too much. Medicine nurse’s error lacks intent however the law doesn’t rule out neglect w/stupidity by more Randoda failures and lack of acceptance w/light conviction sentence…..then reapplied in a different venue to over turn for redemption, to affirm license reissue.

We’ll have a moment of silence for the families of the dead and the immorals whose suffering remains. Although the immorals thrive amongst us but have names going onto judges hips. Names like Krishna in Az.and Milhasky from the door next door. As the real nurses go away Bernie Sanders knows why. Murder, Mayhem and $$$.

Not far out of Bar Harbor, Maine is Seal Harbor which is one of the best diving spots of all times. Although better spots just haven’t been discovered yet. Right off the dock you can jump in and within a few yards the under world of the sea opens your eyes to a world man only throws his unwanted items into. Not far off shore, at low tide, one can snorkel a short way before going down just in front of the original Rockefeller estate which sits up upon a portion of Otter Cliffs, a premier Maine Ocean front site. You really can not see much of the estate from in the water, only a portion of its roof and something of a porch?. Not rare for many harbors in Maine is a treasure chest of under water finds. An old 1911 colt .45 I found right there only a stone’s throw from Martha Stewart herself..the owner and summer resident of the old Rockefeller estate. Old , very rare, bottles as well. That’s where I like to be. I often wondered if Martha tossed the gun from the cliff; somebody did?

Many physically successful people did not shy away from meat, red or otherwise. Jack LaLane and Bruce Lee to name a few. The current believe is animal fat, in small amounts, is the primary catalyst for storage and releasing vitamins during periods where few vitamins are ingested. Cardiovascular physician sometimes claim red meat clogs vessels. Maybe so but volumes in large amounts of anything can be bad.

This pt. was discharged home after a so-called physician, an actual Arizona surgeon, created a huge hole in her esophagus. The picture you see is one week later after sepsis had taken her to the depths of its power so Las Vegas UMC could do its 3mo in house magic and save her life; although never again to eat real food. It’s an odd point to have a demented surgeon do surgery and is a true wonderment of medical standards to be completely absent.

The case would go on to generate lots of large groups of people, as you may know as people, performing all kinds of criminal behaviors as routine; routine as public awareness defines major losses for all involved except one. That there can be more than one fraudster in the line of violations who may escape with the receipts for the motives to allow the unsuspecting pt. horrible outcomes. Yes, that one, got the brain dead physician’s dollars, which is all of our money, and my pain for the pt.; is it at all possible that the AZBN would declare it not a MedicalMal case? It’s actually a felonious neglectable with intent.

But alas!!… the gold has been located…finally!

There will be a discovery of how the gold was known to be obtained through immorality with the use of the laundering cash with devious intentions against Medicare and direct cash payments from patients. It’s a deadly sin but what has been stolen from us will be stolen from them. Vegas.

I represent myself as a retired registered nurse of better than 3 decades active in civilian nursing and about eight years as a hospitalcorpsman in the USN for the U.S.M.C. My history of the past is only relevant for this site specifics to false documentation by nursing regulatory agencies which are subsequently recognized as individual state agencies. The identifying of AZBN, Maine and Massachusetts nursing boards are a basically all the same boards whose main function is to monitor nurses by any means possible. This is successful simply by ignoring state laws which all state nursing boards do. The ajoining commission is called the Nation Council which is all boards in the U.S. except a few, Calif being one of them. Many NCSBN files are hidden from public view.

The documentation available for one nurse whose nursing career suffered only through malfeasance of a minor nature totals about 1,500 files of false documents. The likelihood of concern for nurses’s record and monitoring being accurate functions without patient safety adherent promises. Many pts. suffer, some are aware of real failures while others have needed outcomes because insurance is available. The vagueness means treatments not always needed but promoted for revenue.

The loss of health care staff has been monumental for the U.S. health system with spiraling costs and clinical failures making the system rated as one of the least desirable whose international ratings are equal to Haiti which is very high risk for many, as it is in many parts of the U.S. From always having high ratings and dependable care in the 1990s to gross stats by 2000. If any political hands avoided this issue it is not known. The Clinton’s work in investigations and creating avenues of potential repairs was dwarfed and ignored by big corporations whose take over of many systems blunted costs of human progressions to improve quality. Not long after Hillary Clinton got booed out of the system,and ignored, the fall began in favor of profits. Her attempts had traction that revealed the flow of money not to be touched by either professional dedication or honesty in the clinical world of nursing. The nurses who came forward with honesty for failures were had death sentences imposed and carried out by the national council; the lead on this trail is 20/20 confirmed by many friends in nursing.

The volume of personal and professional and patient disasters stand alone by inaccuracies for the masses. The inside and astute personnel structured suffered often to not be able to be a spoke person for patient care, at the least end of many trained workers whose careers have potter’s field picture frames in memory. Incompetent physicians with bad histories often roam about places in rural Arizona breaking standard after standard whose litigation, is simply another way to make money that is vast arrays of public losses. The duality of man whose only driving ambition is to promote profit for the system they own. The hope the inventories of tragedies might show the duality of man has a good flip side? There are also many good providers, but as most know this is the largest cashier in the world. It really is. How does forward improvement occur in the mist of failure?

The public must find a way into the files with tagged exposures noted of failures. The failures created define public fear demonstrated by silence. Patients are scared many times over. Many refrain from health care totally.

ONE CASE; Woman in retirement has big “white flashes ” in one eye causing her to take a big fall on concrete stairs. She survives and goes to Henderson hospital near Las Vegas for treatment. Her 18hr E.R. bill is 75,000 w/no diagnosis, that 4 physicians had charged to whom she not saw a one. Her condition reoccured causing her to randomly pick a physician, of any special attention, in downtown Las Vegas. The woman had a real physician look in her eye , within the hour of walking into the office visit and diagnosed her w/eye cancer and scheduled her for surgery the next day. The physician performed dx & surgery scheduling in ten mins.This is 3mos. after her Henderson Hospital visit and the cancer naturally advanced and life’s dwindles is where the money is.

The Henderson Hospital actually has the balls to post on their web page Not Responsible For Physician’s Treatment at this facility’s Henderson Hospital. Carry a rabbit’s foot in your pocket as you maybe afflicted by death of chance; the patient in this case was a registered nurse for many years. She lost 4mos of early diagnosed cancer that caused her to possibly lose her eye. The disclaimer declared the hospital not responsible? Lawyers would not touch it.

The true time for nurses to comprehend their existence of surviving for clinical trails is sooo much in the mist of rolling the dice or not. Great advice? Should the nurse be an advocate? Actually that is an easy question to answer. If you want to make 300,000/yr as a bedside nurse you can not be a patient advocate. If retirement looms you can promote patient care then as your chances of not being fired or being fired is irrelevant. People tell me nurses can not make 300,000 are year at the bedside. Yes they can and do. In the past five years many bedside nurses have made a million dollars. These million dollar nurses have some common traits. They’re not greenhorns, they are not patient friendly, work 48hrs/wk. mostly nights in ICUs, substance use disorder in their history, never politically wrong in any situation, never admits wrong and can be very difficult to work with. Is always the smartest person in the room. They are more but I can not say…but if you want to make millions of dollars in nursing now is the time….but this is who you have to be. You can get lucky and survive for decades, however, the modern day nurse seldom works beyond ten years of active duty and many have or have had a substance use issues. There is no stats defining those that make it through probations. Many nurses have left the field in the COVID era due to violence and staff safety issues. Board issues are the leaders of nurse elimination as its good for their businesses.

The incredible volume of false/fraudulent licensing stemming from Florida’s coligate scams has filtered throughout the country and has reached into the 1000s. Coligate failures in Az directly related to poor state exams and licensing doesn’t seem possible; but it is the regulations government that defines corruption and incompetence. You can still do the best you can and have to walk away from the nightmares now in nursing. It was soo much better when I started in the 1980. So sorry Stay strong.

Out of the many files of governmental horrors well established in the 21st century pinned to nursing is the Rachael G. case. It’s amazingly probative of how to get rid of nurses and or devolp governmental justification of anything it wants.

Rachael is a young coligate nurse with under ten yrs active experience, a greenhorn, whom acted ‘razzeled ‘ during a shift and was anonymously reported by her alledged coworkers via the click to file routine.

Rachael self medicated with methamphetamine for ‘depression’. She has zero priors with no known drug or alcohol history. Zero criminal history. Her only modern day nursing violation is honesty. Egregious honesty by today’s nurses actually should be medicated to keep their mouths shut. Yes…it’s that bad.

So Rachael is honest and admits her addiction and tests positive for amphetamines. The horror journey begins with conviction W/’move on your own motion’ azbn opening the $war chests carried by an army of easy money monitoring nurses whom few know. Rachael’s case represents one of the many losses in nursing, and why.

Although Rachael is well educated, her on job experience is still greenhorn; and is not the first nurse to self medicate b/c of employment r/t stress. The record has no criminal c/c, at this point. Not really sure how one gets politically killed for illegal drug use w/o a possession charge? I can imagine for sure. Be that as it may, the endless volume of regulatory stipulations flips her positive; again, in 7mos. And creates her own obituary to get relief, which leads to a zoom transmission of a ‘Suicide’ Valkyre leading to a home invasion of two Male qGlendale officers sending strip search, live, over zoom whilst nursing board watched from afar. Naturally her career ends and another nurse bites the dirt in Arizona.

Rachael had the most important part of rehab success well in her and doing well for 8 Mos. But like many monitoring tools, the patient is needed so other $ are gained. It’s breakneck treatment. Her desire to stop using and support from her own kind could’ve created a brand new Nurse. Where have all the smart nurses gone? Her loss is multiplied by too much regulation where the best treatment for addiction is free. Well, if she wants it, she can get it? She is still out there, and we lost her. It’s the backroom of the Russian Roulette Gambling Ctr. The entire country knows.

It’s not expected recipients of this note are expected to do anything at all. ‘Just So You Know’
