What can be said for the missing nurse Gonzales files 2020 AZBN Summary Suspension National Council files that appeared to be the best evidence for just plain arrogance and fraud. The story of witness nurse Bette Rogers against Manual Gonzales for aggravated assault for which she can not testify to as she has ‘brain damage’, and can not remember. The solicitor general AKA as Beth A. Campbell direct examination told of a four year story of harassment x4 years until culminating to being strangled from behind by nurse Gonzales. This file was posted on NCSBN prior to an appeal by Gonzales in Superior which the court overturned AZBN revocation of Gonzales License. Once the court through out the AZBN ruling all files of the Gonzales case go missing. The Board of Arizona Nursing ignored the Superior court decision and never issued the license or retry the case. Subsequent posts on Gonzales x2 reveal different rulings but all with the same date?? This appears for about a year until everything on Gonzales goes missing. Including Elizabeth A. Campbell. Her last case. Of course its no mystery that the Board has no rules they follow, especially if written by AZ Legislature. I wish I was making it up.
All on federal property and nobody knows, oddly Bd’s obsession with falsefying legal documents, no.matter what the high court rules is the graile in stone for future nurses to view criminal acts back to back, to make the first criminal act fly. I imagine the federal law machine has another crime performed on a citizen to view and understand clearly why health care staffing shortages exist.
