Tristin Kate Smith 28 y.o. E.R. nurse who took her own life b/c nursing was her and she was nursing..Her suicide note had singled out nursing and the health care systems as the main culprits of her depressive state that nursing wouldn’t allow for treatment offset by regulatory monitoring….yeah the same system tortured nursing w/massive staffing shortages in recent years which continue today. With so many staffing in nurse administration and regulations one would want to move nurse labor where it does some good, as today’s nursing market needs help…and lots of it.

Truly wonder how many nurses have needed help but fear their disability would end up a disability that meant clinical sanctions. Tristins’ case refers her suicide note defining fear in asking for help from regulations and other H.R. units via administrators compliances.
