It is not unusual for nursing boards to be at the center of the now severe nurse shortage w/mean girls behaviors against their colleagues as well as taking political bribes from incompetent physicians and administrators. Greed must be the motive.
Isaac Thapedi actually tried to testify against a nurse whose name he could not remember. This physician drove cervical instramentation through the esophagus and denied it inspite of the hard evidence to which he could not remember. Initially his own colleagues tagged him a maroon but actually he had dementure while working surgery in Bullhead City. The AZBN supported his complaint against the nurse who was the significant other of the pt. whom allegedly threatened the life of this surgeon. There are many cases by the Arizona Nurse Agency loaded w/crime. There are many, many adm law court cases falsely testifying against nurses to which the motives of such felonious acts remains unknown. This spreads evidence throughout the system so the Mean Girls can get paid. I guess that’s the motive as C.R.N.A.s roam about, politically monitored only, injuring pts. and if quality care is the goal their mission they have failed..The bds have caused much civil and criminal activities to warrant public antagonistic functions. This ample widespread knowledge and legal documentation defining the mean girls only leads to paying for labor and sometimes poor labor replacements. This old history just grows larger and more useless for public safety. The governing nurses body in Phoenix does not need to be involved in private matters of nurses. There are 100s of nurses whose license to practice Honesty went south by perjury, and not even related to nursing. One must go to the coliseum and entertain the crowd with Public antagonistic actions that must be performed by those trained to do so. Presenting evidence to the bd has little effect unless done openly to allow academic and honesty tune-ups for view of the very large nurse student body seen at open meetings. The students must be told about Mean Girls clubs, like the AZBN, their power to improve the present day horrors of nursing to ultimately improve public safety.
