Having been a critical care r.n. for decades I was often b/w entities of good verses danger that happened to others. It was also my training during early government internet record connections did I learned the value anonymous emails which then meant altering smtp in &out headers that masked identity(mostly but not totally). A nurse can sometimes gain knowledge about bad things that perhaps the public should know. Do you tell the truth or not? Writing these medicalmals and publishing them in retirement and anonymously sending messages to interested parties is the life blood of activism in a sometimes corrupt and dangerous world. Like, “How the heck does a 38 y.o. die from a hole in her trachea, and nobody knows about it?” We are about to tell you, here, there, and anywhere the net stops.
