Most nurses or former times would often stay on one job site for their entire career. This fact was very stabilizing for the industry which actually reduce the need for more nurses and jobs after graduation from nursing school were not easy to find. The present day horrors and the covid BS plus years of corrupted regulatory agencies has finally hit bottom and the limited availability of the same force has created a health care environment that has got the general population scared to death to even have dental work.
