I could not help remembering my own personal experience I had when given a Maine State Bd of Nursing Warning for accessing a printer as a supervisor with other dept head’s p assword. The Arizona branch of the NCSBN opened the case 12 yrs after the ME. issued a settled warning. The National Council’s of Arizona added a breaking a confidential record note by one simple computer click. The additional violation stayed publically accessible for 3 yrs. & more. What a waste of resources! These so called public safety sultans abuse nurses at an alarming rate. The crowd pictured in David Bentin’s post has only The Kool Aid cup absent. The state nursing is in today will go down in academia as the bottoms. Failures throughout the systems are because its missing honest, trained nurses, everywhere. Why does Arizona taxpayers have to shore up nearly 100 million dollars for rental nurses? Real home grown nurses are gone. Where did they go?? All nurses know where the Kool aide resides; It thrives on the backs of unjust disciplined created by many affiliates of NCSBN.
