Crime seems so evident in the post pandemic era which in many cases was business as usual for the AZBN. Their purpose is retaliation and eliminating of nurses whose histories define whistleblowers. Whistleblower nurses in Arizona are doomed as much as their dead pts.
Taking time to track documents filed by the agency for nursing can be an eye opener for many nurses. Police reports, from anytime during a nurses life including those that go well beyond the 4 yrs of statute of limitations are commonly used against nurses and their assistants. Many law enforcement involvements start with a complaint and takes a turn through police investigation which are not always used by county attorneys, for poor content, but those records stay on police files for decades. Unadjudicated complaints, those which are not jurists reviewed and not used against the nurses are frequently retrieved perhaps 40 yrs after the initial filing.
