In Search of A Lie AZBN
For those who’ve gone through the AZBN disciplinary process, and have done nothing wrong, at least clinically, the knowledge of open lies is remarkably common. Many nurse interviews reveal a very common thread that runs through many cases in spite of their varying degrees of complexities. That would be the level of lies told by AZBN staff as well the plaintiffs. I can not count the number of times I’ve heard phrases like, “It didn’t happen that way, ‘actually I was never in that O.R. suite at all, period’, five bags of marijuana? there was only one’, ‘ coming in late is a sign of drug abuse?’ actually I was an inpatient and scheduled drug screening was canceled for that reason,’ the surgeon couldn’t remember the name of the nurse he filed a complaint against,’The psychologist cleared me of abuse, but he smelled of alcohol.” The list of lies and chaotic institutional behaviors is well known through out Arizona, and since the social media explosion the rest of the country is aware. The interesting and most disturbing issue is that the tyranny is untouchable. Suing this agency is impossible as rigged as the AZBN is well known to be, the local courts are just as bad. So how does one find the truth in search of the lies? It takes some planning. A lie will come back on itself, like the Kevin Bacon death scene in ‘Sleepers’; you just never know when somebody will wake up and find the truth. A scary thought when you are a governmental liar.

Why is that everyone this corrupt board wants to shake down swears what they write is total lies. Do the authors of this fictional nonsense think no one will come back on them. They certainly have a pattern, put them out of work , call everyone and anyone, and tell them drama queen , type of nonsense. Get them afraid to have this person working for them, their hospital could be next ! (put the fear of how they now know and better do something ) . Mamaluy does this to many , she is the liar of the liars. Just make stuff up , to convince others . But yet there are those who will do as she suggests to them. They will report to her anything, watch and report. Some people are easier to convince , they have done it all their lives . Take Pinocchio Peter Whittenberg, he was more than willing to join in and stir trouble. Gari Carroll, all you have to do is stand there and she is yelling , EMMA EMMA !! , Why are these people willing to join in and be part of the witch hunters ? Oh and Cindy Mand, she can give those DIRTY looks, and also watch and report to the one who gave her a big promotion, JR. Is this what makes them join in and do the dirty work , get involved so they can’t get out of being a part of the defaming , Be careful taletallers r us, you might just lose the dollars while counting the pennies. For those who do not attempt to gain in court, that just gives them more fuel for their fires.

The thing about these types of disordered individuals, is once they meet their match, and they fight back, she doe’s back down but not without ‘twisting it on them once again” to make it look like she “won”. It is my belief, that she really is a twisted sister in the head. Take GCU , who said they would fight back hard. They have their team of lawyers and would end up costing the corrupt AZBON a lot of time and money from taxpayers budget. They did threaten law suit, she SHE (the moron mamaluy backed off ). What, she “dropped” and ‘public safety ” went out the window ?? Really. But the key part is, when GCU threats that were more than threats they were going to carry through, and the matter was dropped , Mamaluy, said in some many words, the fact they didn’t sue, they did not have a case. (This is drop dead LAUGHABLE ). They did have a case, is why she dropped it . So Exactly like the writer states, they have to have drama , but she is scared of the big guns with real lawyers and money. This is why this disordered type , is drawn to a board of nursing. They are dedicated to their work, they are bottomed out when they cannot do their work, they are caring, and dedicated, honest individuals. Meeting the likes of EMMA MAMALUY , they will ‘trust ” (BIG MISTAKE) . and jump through hoops. When it all starts shaking down, the lose job, money, they cannot function, hire an atty, or fight them , so she ‘wins” and tells everyone about her ‘win”. The poor nurse blind sighted, never expecting a BON to lie to them .

as a nurse , I will tell you that you need to be very careful of how honest you are on the intake forms, that is, the history and physical forms you fill out when you go to see your doctor. The electronic medical record is unforgiving and resistant to revision. If you sought treatment for depression, you will receive a diagnosis of depression that will follow you for a lifetime. Suicidal ideation as a teen? Well, 20 years later your doctor will see that on your chart, and as the chart gets updated by the clerks and non-clinical types that manage that, it might just be condensed to a diagnosis of “suicidal”. Things never get deleted, despite resolution. Clinic notes are often products of “cut and paste” from previous or historical notes. You see, reimbursement can be tied to the number of diagnoses as well. The more the diagnoses, the higher the reimbursement potential from insurance. Smoked as a teenager? Nicotine dependence disorder. Drink more than 2 beers/drinks per day? Alcoholic. You will never be able to get these removed from your chart and sometimes, won’t even realize you have been so labeled unless you chance to review your entire clinic note, not just the abbreviated copy they offer as you leave the appointment.
You also have to lie when you see a psych, if they don’t lie enough in their record for you, then the investigator twisted everything to make it juicy . Anything sexual, personal, it will make headlines for them . IF asked if you have ever been molested , don’t tell them . you have to lie, do not think being honest will get you anywhere with this dirty board, shameful. A nurse recently went for dui psych eval, and told the evaluator she was raped 2 years prior, the board in their sexual hungry and devious minds wanted to know all about it , every detail, and FOCUSED on that . Just search sexual abuse, porn, child porno utah, it will LIGHT UP THE SCREEN , it is like a part time job their focus on anything sexual. Dirty old while men, ditty little girls, that is ok but a female wearing sleeveless shirt , your a slut, lipstick you pig, skirt above knees , you tramp.

If the AZNA were are all concerned with nurses , and not politically corrupt, like protecting hospitals and not nurses, they would jump all over this bill they are trying to shove through. Instead they are supporting the supporters of it . This will prevent any nurse who was given toilet paper thin masks to wear and telling them it is ok , even though they know the week before would be written up for it, and ‘gowns ‘ that are not ok , to take care of patients with corona virus, no leg to stand on should they get sick , lose a limb, or life. same for nurses and support staff as well. Even worse if you work for a “religious” non-profit hospital, because they can call it a “ministry” and fire you for any reason. And if your health coverage through your employer forces you to use internal resources if you want it covered…your own employers have access to your records.
Went through this first hand when my wife had a series of depressive episodes due to a reaction to medication. We were lucky and got through it, but she refused to tell her doctor or seek mental health treatment because she was terrified of getting fired by her Catholic employer.
Trying to get her out of there, but then the economy crashed, so…
I concur you cannot tell a board of nursing , especially the one in AZ anything , or Drs offices,
if they order psych eval , fight it, they use psych on a lot of nurses, just plain power hungry dirty nurses who can’t think for themselves. one of the worst boards in the country.

There are people like myself that have no interest or intention of returning to healthcare or nursing. Everything I worked so hard for 33 years to build up, torn down, taken away over false allegations, an evil witchhunt by hideous people …we have nothing to lose…lost it all…dont think for a minute daily reporting to federal government officials, news outlets and worldwide tweets are not happening. It is my personal goal to let as many people know about Arizona government corruption, azbon corruption, and the civil and due process rights violations are occurring daily. I have another simple request if you would; it is that you kindly budget for tap dancing courses, soccer ball move courses, and a soul craft.
Tap dancing courses: these courses are limited to your large assed investigators only, and these courses are to be combined with the soccer ball move courses. The purpose of these courses are to assist your large assed investigators with the ability to deceive the innocent spectators, sanctioned nurses, and low life two bit pettifoggers who come to view the board meetings. God forbid one of your hippo sized investigators with their tiny feet drop an object but if they do, and need to bend over to retrieve it they are equipped. We all know how tight fitting clothes on large assed investigators can be a disaster waiting to happen, and especially if they make an unannounced move in uncompromising attire. So here’s how the tap dancing courses, a soccer ball move course comes into play for them after a crash course due to the board meeting only weeks away: when an object is dropped your large assed investigators can tap dance their way over to the fallen object, then use soccer ball moves to kick the object tactfully out of the room until a more physically fit employee can discreetly bend over and retrieve the object for them. These courses are a good investment by preventing spectator’s form being injured from flying button, stitches, or zippers. These courses can be budgeted under the safety budget, I am sure that monkey from the middle (Quin) can assist you in the budgeting process since he claims to know so much about money.
The Soul Craft: Now this piece of equipment can also be a good investment but you will have to allow for the loss of material because once it is sent off it will not return. This craft is for dumb ass pettifoggers like krishna, campbell, & mamaluy. I must say this soul craft is a treasure piece, you pack the dumb asses in it, allow them to bring along family members and friends if they want and all who want to board the craft with them from the AZBON, even you jockey can board. Next shut the door, and push the button, it will take off directly to the moon, however it will not return, this is a one way craft so make sure you say your final good byes.

What is not so creative and a bit sickening is the board members said after my case , that they are new at this and they want someone to type out violations and what they BOARD DID IN THE PAST !! No kidding , this is how they are operating . I have never heard of such horse pucky in my life ! Imagine a judge saying, well , write down what the judge before me did so I can do that too and won’t have to think. The worst part of the whole thing, is the past 10 years of incompetent Randy Quinn , his delirious mind works , will be REPEATED !! HOLY CR*P ola !! FINALLY the bon gets rid of the dumb mother Fk , the stupid idiot , who thinks he knows anything, and then they are going to follow what was done in the past ! UNREAL, no one on this board has ANY COMMMON Sense , no critical thinking, are lazy as all get out, lie about reading the case, and now they are going to look at a paper , of “similar cases” and vote like randy (IDIOT ! ) quinn did !!! What do you want to bet the co workers all jumped on the computer and gave him a perfect rating ??? you know that can’t be sccurate . he’s got quick a temper, crappy demeanor , love to DICKtate his sunday creep service ideas, and wants everyone to agree with him. And he is NOT a DR nor is he an expert in anesthesia like he likes to say. That is as ridiculous as a Er nurse saying I am an expert at er nursing , no your an ASS Hole randy , nothing more just a real ASS KCAT !. Healthcare workers are suppose to be w/o any of the diseases or diagnosis that we treat ? How does one become interested in a field, most psych’s have mental health issues popping up all over their immediate family. It is even worse for nurses. It is now evident that boards of nursing are providing cover for hospitals to make out nurses to be no more than collateral damage in the fight against Covid. Imagine the helplessness nurses feel when it gets out that licensing boards are siding with management instead of public safety, for which it is suppose to be their number one mission. How can I say this? I have seen a written notice from a BON rejecting a nurse’s complaint against her manager. The nurse cited clear violations of the nurse practice acts and codes of ethics. These were discarded by the BON and a defense of management emerged as whatever CDC was saying at the time was ok with them. They also said the termination of the whistleblower nurse was an employment issue. The media is all over the WH firing IG’s, but cares not for the welfare or justice for the nurse. The apparent arrangement between powerful hospital systems and licensing boards spells a death sentence for front line practitioners, both nurse and physician. This will be much more evident when the second wave hits and hospitals are totally unrestrained due to regulatory capture. it’s time to get out of the dinosaur era , and get a director and board that is progressive and has young fresh ideas instead of this , out of date , and brainwashed mind set.

I have a few more request if you would; it is that you kindly budget for: Anti-terrorist course, PETA course, Swollen head syndrome course, Blow it out your deep end without stinking up the room course, Stiff neck and stone faced course, and the scratcher course.
Anti-terrorist course: this course is for all….fat asses, skinny asses, boney asses, sad case of the gone asses, unschooled asses, networking asses, goodness of fit asses, and Jack asses, dumb asses, smart asses, illegal asses, and fat male asses with tiny whiny dictionaries, and know it all know nothing asses. This course should focus on terrorist prevention among staffers to reframe from tactics like lying, false documenting, threating and intimidation tactics, breach of confidentiality, and so on. The goal is self-explanatory.
PETA course: this course is for your fat asses ONLY from the ASBON, AZ nurses assoo, and the AZ att. Gen. off.. This course educates on how to lay off the consumption of animals, and animal made products. The goal is over time have your fat asses become skinny asses. All the fat asses should cease consuming animal products, and turn in all products made from animals. Fat asses should be given flip flops to wear, flip flops make nice little slapping sounds as you walk across the floors. The purpose of this is to disguise the cracking sounds of the floors, sidewalks, and streets with a flip flop slapping sounds instead. The flip flop slapping sounds are less terrifying than the cracking sounds of floors, etc. especially in a multilevel buildings.
Swollen head syndrome course: This course is specific to cranial diseases like the ice hole pea brains from azn asso (R. Schafer). This course covers swollen head issues, NOT mental illness, and it should cover cases where one obtains a power position and abuses the power with stupidity and ignorance. The goal is to recognize pea sized brains in oversized skulls, and that they are useless.
Blow it out your deep end without stinking up the room course: this course is for your board members since they sit so close together for such long periods of time. This course should educate on reframing from beans, and cabbage products one week prior to board meetings, and sphincter controls. The goal is self-explanatory.
Stiff neck and stone faced course: this course teaches those with good sniffers to disguise the fact they have caught wind of a blow it out your deep end course Violator. Jockey I will leave the training and curriculum to you since you’re a natural at stiff necks and stone faces.
The scratcher course: this course is specific for those with STDs, this course teaches how to carefully and in a prudent manner scratch in public by diverting attention. The staff who should take this course are those especially like v. smithy who writes up investigative reports with sexually explicit details that no self-respecting human would care about unless they were into pornography themselves.

I do think that your right about this agency being into pornography. It is a huge topic , when you talk about something so much it makes the abuse of it go up. When you discuss drugs in grade school the drug use rises. So all the momo’s and their talk about porn would make sense only they are perverted and shamed. Girls wearing sleeve less tops are referred to as “porn shoulders” to shame them their bodies are not to be display. Brought up to tell girls they are dirty and worthless unless untouched. Of course they do everything under the sun before marriage. The things these poor children are taught, and shamed about. Forced to sit with adults in marathon ‘services” of brain washing , given a tube of cheerios to eat or beaten if they talk or do anything normal children do . An outsider would say , well behaved , like a dog, when it is abuse. Catch them young to brain wash them into eternal tithing . And should anyone end up like Janeen Dahn, they would be sentenced to ‘conversion therapy”. Found a former board member, too , who said she had to leave because of how horrible they are to nurses . She had nothing good to say about the board of nursing in AZ. And sums it up this way.
“A GREAT PLACE TO WORK IS ONE IN WHICH YOU TRUST THE PEOPLE YOU WORK FOR, TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO, AND ENJOY THE PEOPLE YOU ARE WORKING WITH ”
She adds that she could not do this , no part of it, while at the AZ BON.
And she had lots to say. Got to save the good parts for later. Every one has a different perspective,but she said the AZBON , has a cruel mindset , and not because they have to be, cause she knows they will attack nurses who do not deserve any of it, fabricate lies, find people who will lie, (that part is easy), and they really abuse their positions. Every day was like walking in a mine field , and found out you could not trust anyone who was on staff for over 3 months !

what do you think of this, a women came to AZ because her mother was in the hospital (banner) , the Dr told her , she’s in a coma and won’t make it through the night. The woman could not go in a see her mother, of course but sent the priest for last rights, HE GOT IN , he told her your mother is pissed you sent me, the daughter called the hospital immediately and asked for the nurse taking care of her, the nurse said , she sitting up eating lunch. ! (this all took place within a matter of one-two hours tops , comatose, last rights refused , eating lunch). Everyone needs a person to advocate for the patient , a witness , a on looker (just like this corrupt board of nursing does ) hospitals think they can keep people in their ‘care” , and not allow anyone to see what is really going on ! When staff like this is ‘taking care ” of patients , so incompetent, I told her she should have contacted APS. This actually went on for about a week, the Dr sticking to his story and nurses telling her she’s eating , no matter what time of day and every day . They told her she was getting better- PNA, and would be going home, she got a call from Dr death’s door , she passed . This woman can’t figure out what really happened , how she could go from comatose to eating within hours and happen over and over for a week. This is what is taking care of patients now a days . Of course the hospitals will say , we are trying to keep you safe and healthy during these uncertain times, while we do what ever we can for public safety , please understand we do for your loved one like they were ours. Sure!

Dirty Gertie (J. Bontrigger), sat in the chair at her desk sifting through the bag of secrets she had in her lap. Frustrated and sweating as the thoughts of being nailed raced through her mind, she looked through the secrets she had been saving since the day she graduated from that diploma school of nursing many many years ago. Dirty Gertie had secrets, yes she did, she had them on everyone from the past to the present day, and she was going to use any and all to save herself form losing her pension, her reputation, or anything else that would expose her for helping Jockey over the years with dirty deeds. Jockey and Dirty Gertie had meet years back when they worked together at the county hospital off 24th and hoodlum row. Back in the day Dirty Gertie and Jockey talked about how they would never stay at the bedside, it was just too difficult physically, mentally, and they never could get those critical thinking skills down that was taught in nursing school, so it was best to move into a management position somewhere in the valley. Back in the day Jockey informed Dirty Gertie her sweetheart had just finished law school and she would never have legal problems as long as she hung on to him, Dirty Gertie breathed a sigh of relief because she knew due to her poor clinical skills she was at high risk for legal issues too so she would most definitely hang on to Jockey. However all that had changed and with so many others coming into the picture over the years with Jockey, and Dirty Gertie trying to convince Jockey to lay off the retaliation of nurses who reported her for wrong doing, things were getting nasty, and that scared Dirty Gertie.
Dirty Gertie reached for a Kleenex to wipe the sweat from her brow about that time there was a knock on the door. Dirty Gertie almost jumped out of her own skin, and spilt her bag of secrets. She quickly gained composure and yelled, “Who is it?”, “It’s Boondocks Butch (v. Smithy).” Oh, said Dirty Gertie, “just a minute”. Dirty Gertie opened the deep drawer on the right side of her desk and quickly shoved the bag of secrets in it. “Come in” called Dirty Gertie. Boondocks Butch walked in sat on the chair in front of Dirty Gertie’s desk, her arms rested on the arms of the chair. Boondocks Butch had a typical manner of spreading out in her space so others would know she was there, and in charge just as she had been year ago off 24th and hoodlum row. Boondocks Butch did not like to be questioned, she saw herself as a smooth operator, cool, calm and composed under pressure, however she was more like Barney five from the Andy Griffith show. She also preferred to be called just Boondocks because it sounded more masculine.
What’s on your mind Boondocks? We need to discuss scatter brain (campbell), potato head (krishna), coo coo birdie (e. mammaly). They have made a real stinky mess legally lately and I am afraid things might turn ugly. As Dirty Gertie listened to Boondocks rattle on, her eyes became slanted, and the wrinkles between her eyes grew deeper and more pronounced. Boondocks voice began to fade into the background as Dirty Gertie’s thoughts took center stage. Dirty Gertie could hear herself thinking about how she disliked Boondocks so much she felt like reaching across her desk and slapping her, the urge to slap Boondocks became too much to resist, like lightning Dirty Gertie leaped from her seat and swung her frail bony hand towards Boondocks. Boondocks was much too quick for the assault by yanking her head back as the bony hand whizzed by her large honker of a snout. Shock covered both their faces as their eyes met, Boondocks yelled, “what the hell”, Dirty Gertie gained her composure rapidly with a comeback by stating, “There was a horse fly buzzing around your face and I thought it would bite you”. Dirty Gertie stated “Might we finish this conversation later, I have work to complete”. As Boondocks exited Dirty Gertie’s office she pulled the door behind her and thought, “Man Dirty Gertie is working too hard”.
These type of scenes and feelings between the staff at the peanut farm was typical due to poor management and leadership skills of Jockey. Jockey liked to play people against one another, she had the twisted sense that she would be able to maintain control if staff was at each other’s throat.

Jockey is a a sly one, she likes to come across as a innocent grandmotherly type, but that SMIRK, the look on her devilish face one cannot forgot , or pass judgement what she is really all about. Ms Cato seems to have separated as well . Judith seems to hide in the shadows, but you know that to be associated with the corrupt board this long , she is got a real dark side . Many have told the tale of Joke Ridenour, and how her husband who was working for a judge as a clerk, got her the job at AZBON, (he couldn’t do it , neither can she , but she can wing it with the ones she brought with her from county ) . the click , the gang of low life scum sucking bags, all pulled up stake, and went with jokey. She had to bring along a crew who would defend her . VinDICKtive dyke Valerie fit the bill . And so typical of her, to place the blame on others, when she was in charge of the court cases. She talks slow and low, one could believe she is on some type of drug. Smitten, was Replaced by another dicktive . “Don” who is so strange she wants everyone to call her “dr Don”. a real title jockey. Billy Joke, was the az foundations , mgr of schlorships, oh yes typical a man to be in charge of the money, just like Joke has Robert El-ass who will soon be the ‘fall guy”. The three who have messed things up , are really making a big mess trying to clean it up , making it much worse, just sit back and smile. they can only move 10k – 25 k across the table every so often, and someone is going to say, not me sister ! Not me , I m not LIKE YOU !

A Np messed me up real bad, this was reported to your board director Jo Ridenour, in 2017! , i called many times and nothing was done , just excuses , about how many cases they have. So I filed in court against your Director . after 39 months of waiting ! and miraculously , two days later I got put on the May board schedule. The facebook site for this board says cases take SEVEN MONTHS, they LIE ! . Just letting everyone know , this is one patient who is not going to take it , this is inexcusable ! Seems like they thought I would ‘forget ” about it. Oh no. agenda item may 29th 6r9. They will not allow patients names in their meetings and the one name Eliz Campbell tried to keep this patient from speaking their peace , after 39 months !! I waited a long time no one should have to wait this long !

Oh , and I also talked to the one, the board attorney, and she was nothing but full of sh*t and excuses , her name is Emma Mamaluey. ranting on about how many cases they have. What kind of excuse is that ?? OVER 3 years ! Just file in court and they can make things happen faster , why is that ?? So unorganized. 1 investigator did not have ANY cases last month , something is definitely wrong with this outfit. Just thought I would mention , that not only are nurses getting screwed by this board but patients as well. !

Sometimes others who have been through the corrupt process, seem to think they know all about what others matters are about. Even to do a little bashing, which is really strange. human nature , or what ? Then you ask does what ever you think may or may not have happened rise to revocation of a career ? And never is the answer “yes” never , not even with people who know nothing about the boards crazy ‘process” that changes like the wind. Those such as the AZNA are told to ‘read ‘what is on line under the nurses name and you will see they are guilty. Without any hesitation do they even entertain the idea that the board wrote a very biased bunch of nonsense, and that it was hand picked out of context . They actually think that the BD would not print lies ! I always tell people don’t go to aunt melinda who is a nurse and expect to get a proper answer . Unless Melinda has been the target of a corrupt BON nonsense , she has NO idea. Weird how they THINK cause someone is a nurse they actually have a clue how these thieves operate .
