Hell’S Angels AZBN
Many years ago my Dad gave me a book about a motorcycle club as he knew I loved motorcycles. He said it was a very interesting story mainly because it was penned in the first person. The writer was actually a member whose descriptions of events were seen by him. My father called it credulous as the writer stood behind his stories. Although Hell’s Angels, A Terrible Saga, doesn’t equate to nursing it sheds enormous light on first hand knowledge carried beyond the shield that the public can not see.
Nursing must not be afraid of management and the governmental regulatory agencies which I do believe they are; so demonstrated by many interviews of nurses who were so free to tell me stories but not willing to be published. Why? One can only take phone calls and deflect bizarre communications that go down the road to destruction. The underground network connects to the courts where you can easily end up in handcuffs and behind bars if you cross any line they tell you not to. Patient safety DOES NOT MATTER. The first amendment is bought and paid for and not on a nurse’s salary. The nurse who discovers that the standard of care is egregiously violated and reports it, it had better be upon another nurse and not a physician, or hospital. If you decide to do that, as a nurse, you better have your affairs in order as your career as a nurse is over. Many of us here can support that this statement exists in Arizona. Without a doubt. I must say it was quite the Hell’s Angels’s ride through liars and corruption where you learn that the love of money is the root of all evil and the road to incompetence is paved with incompetence. The following article was the gold standard definition of incompetence by Lisa Wynn, former director of the medical board and the AZBN. All of the facts were documented and in evidence eight months before the unnecessary death of 38 y.o. Elisa R. the mother of two and a husband. When incompetence goes unaddressed it reoccurs.

How do We The People impress upon our employees (all, but most especially those in powerful, entrusted positions) that we will no longer tolerate corruption and/or incompetence, and that they must not only be able to but, in fact, will, indeed, fulfill their extremely important duties fairly and squarely… in keeping with their oaths of office and laws of this land?!
Wrongdoers and violators who spoke solemn oaths to faithfully execute their duty to “support and defend” the nation against all enemies — but then subsequently refuse and fail to do so — must be held accountable, and their employment terminated for good and legitimate cause when and as necessary… pronto.
This is a standard in any profession, industry, or business. There must be oversight, performance evaluations, investigations, and swift remediation and consequences for each and every impropriety evidencing misconduct, subterfuge, sub-standard, and, certainly, any unlawful activity.
OBJECT TO, AND VOTE OUT INCOMPETENCE AND CORRUPTION! PRONTO! Bring attention to the ones who appoint this board, the unlawful director, and the ones who supply the corrupt prosecutors. They are ultimately responsible .

This is true . You think you live in a country where you are free to speak your mind. When the “hell’s devils” at the corrupt board of nursing , think differently . Controlling, nazi ninja’s . Who knew the admin law was so dirty and allowed to prosper ? Described as Dishonorable , Unethical, and Immoral . It is a hard concept to swallow and those attracted to it are not in public office for protecting people’s rights. Don’t the other members at the nursing board see this ? A few seem too stupid to even know anything technical , besides gossip. Their “work” is setting up the future for their children and grand children to be that of ‘police state”. Communism . Just selfish , wicked thinkers. No surprise that mamaluey is attracted to admin law. From the big cheese state, that allows attorney’s to practice law without taking the BAR exam. She has to resort to clandestine tactics and pull others into her scheming and plotting , while trying to lurking in the shadows, of innocence, that ship has LONG sailed ! yes that is how they do things , ‘invent a crime”, manufacture a case, who would believe this , unless you see it for yourself. While the board of nursing state agency is trying damage control , using intimidation techniques, keeping the victim nurse suppressed, make people wonder how can any nurse question what was a super deal on a platter, while gaining support of other agencies, who are fools with no logical thinking.
New nurses are hard nuts’ to crack, they want to get into nursing to help people , they are vulnerable from the get go , mostly females ,dutiful , lowest rung on the hospitals totem poles. Eventually if they become the next victim of the board, they start putting it together. Those who work their entire lives with no bd complaint, will never figure it out, unless they know a nurse well and trust what happened to them was not their fault and sees this board for what it is, corrupt !

Arizona board of nursing, you are not suppose to do harm to nurses . This is not what this agency is designed for , and you know it. You know exactly what you are doing wrong , you know your dirty little tricks, intimidation, attacking ones character , purposely , while stating many lies in your false investigations , that no real investigator would ever claim . DO NO HARM TO NURSES .! Cease and desist harming nurses , you are using your position as “the board of nursing” when you will be singled out and answer for your actions and be held accountable.

got a clip from former friends who are still in az. (chl 5 cbs, i think it was 5 or 6 oclock news 5/4/20) . a nurse working st joe’s icu crying on the news talking like she is ready to ‘crack ” states her anxiety is “debilitating” and her mental health is affected by this pandemic . Now if the azbon down there does not pull her from work and psych evaluate her , all the cases of psych evals go out the window. Someone needs to get to her that the board of nursing takes all emotional moments and equates them with mental illness. And so does Elizabeth Campbell . We all know that the real mentally ill, cannot show emotion so therefore who is really mentally incompetent in their job ? It will be interesting to see if they contact her , cause she “looks like ” in the clip she is about to ‘crumble”. She can’t handle the pressure and family separation. And people dying with no family member present. If there was ever a sign of burn out , need to take time off , traumatized, she has it . They cannot use excuse none of them saw it. that would make them really illiterate, and show signs of turning their backs on any information. and of course (with eyes rolling repeatedly , public safety , is their concern) . A definite cry for help.

many concerns those who have cases pending do not like this logging in, the board has retaliated through hoa’s , new jobs , getting those fired, police , security guards, won’t be posting due to loss of anonymously replying . many sites RT”S , DO”s PA”s , NP, do not post with info that is reflection of poster and for very good reason, same reason bd members/ azna log on , and read, without disclosure, been told comments will drop off, for that reason, highlight caption is good but not allowing posters anonymously to post whether they can figure things out or not . the dirty board has passed new rules they want where you work on your license now. (nursing is not like real estate and having a broker) it is more control over nurses, something they can write you up for not keeping it up . imagine registry who work all over and for different companies . Not one nurse who tells the truth, and says the absolute truth , is not interrupted, silenced, and not heard . A male,lpn nurse writes how the ALJ interrupted him several times during his CLOSING ARGUMENTS. Tammy another dirty judge. Like he says, it lost it’s affect, no reason other than to get the speaker to lose their train of thought, stop the message, and leave out keep points . Anyone who speaks the truth at the bon meetings is silenced , “we know your story’ “we’ve heard your story” . silencing, the verbal argument. changing the subject, ‘are you working now?” so they can get your fired from another job. If that doesn’t work dirty mamaluey will text the bouncers she has brain washed so they will act . And if McCormies letting out her signals and sighs about the “time” someone is talking , usually someone they don’t want what they have to say on the record , or others to hear it , cut them off . Like jack ass randy quinn telling a nurse of 34 yrs, “wrap it up you got 5 mins ” . unreal this creep , of course she is female and they are throw away objects, don’t need career. Thinking any amount of talking will be received , and allowed to give a full version of events is going to happen, nope . in writing , when some one down the road may read it and say, omg that’s is exactly what’s going on. yep in writing, as far as exchange, it is a one way result on their minds. anyone at the board is not listening only waiting until you get done to state what was prearranged. Sociopath’s call neighbors,(STALKING), convince people to harass nurses by subjecting us to aggressive behaviors, and intimidations, assaults and lies, convince cops to harass us too, and judges to harass us as well,(STALKING), convince so called mental health trash to falsify documents against nurses, (STALKING).
AZBON has full time investigators who also work in medical facilities just so they can look into nurses who apply for jobs at their facilities, (a form of stalking). But let me make it crystal clear to you AZBON you calling other state hospitals of veterans and looking into veteran files is a federal crimes. i disagree if you have not committed any violations that reading the absolutely astounding crazy talk written by valerie smith now janeen dahn and emma mamaluy , will not persuade the reader to think you have done many violations . when they write probation with so many stipulations, you have to double take to see if you can breath and take a shit and shave while on probation. So restrictive they know they can ‘get ya” on one. And when you do not want to give up your appeal rights and say fk you , you can provide all this nonsense I’m not living under your nazi nurse naughty nasty nerds party. So they write up you failed and make a long list. Anyone knows what they rights has so many lies and to think , that the average person, including nurses would not think your a real screw off , and makes them look bad is just poor judgement call. We know the board is nuts and out of control, but to someone who doesn’t know, it will put you in a bad light. A group of Drs , who are victims of the likes of Sucher , Lett dirty docs, are more cautious than the nurses so it goes without saying , it is always best to let them guess. The SOCIOPATHS is right on, the description of the board, only when they are violating many things they are not immune. the f t investigators are witch hunters, the investigation is just out of line. It is a focused targeted hit list . When they find a court proceeding from 20 years ago they only add what the defendant had to say to the file . I have a few simple request if you would; it is that you kindly budget for furniture, table manner courses, and dress code courses. I am simply sight sickened each time I go to the board meetings, or see one of your investigators in a public restaurant, and witness the severe need for these types of budgets.
Larger Chairs: this furniture is to accommodate the Hippo sized asses of your investigator who constantly squeeze their large framed back ends into those tinny weenie flimsy chairs in your hearing room. It would also relieve any fears of us who sit directly behind them during the bimonthly board meetings.
Table manner courses: this course would prevent the waitresses in restaurants, and others patrons who have witnessed the hog pen actives in public places and heard the loud grunting and snorting sounds as your employee’s stuffing their selves into booths and compete for the food with each delivery by the waitress.
Dress code Courses: this course would prevent innocent spectators, sanctioned nurses, and two bit thieving low life lawyers for physical harm if a chair were to break, a zipper or button tears loose and fly’s across the hearing room, and you from a personal injury lawsuit. The sight of your investigators squeezing into their clothes is frightening, and having to look at human flesh bubbling over on human flesh is an awful sight.

Although it is not something I care to dwell on about anyone, i look at the person, but because it should bother them, and get others to take a gander , it is here for all to read. How low can you whore’s go? I mean lawyers are KNOWN for being the lowest scum of the earth , but isn’t there some type of ethics this profession requires. ? Lower than a lawyers filth is pretty low , scum suckers.
Oh they are certainly stalking , manipulating others . Surely in the past most nurses very upset of course understandably so , would suffer in silence , and never run into the hogs anywhere. Love the fact they are being exposed for what they are and what they do . It’s nurses week so this is something they can think about . The venomous snakes just continue on, odd they continue to do things they are not suppose to be doing, well yes , but hey it worked before try it again. Each investigator is not taught how to find out if the complaint holds any truth. They are taught dirty tricks of the diseased ones . When you read the sociopath comments , the reader has got to be saying, THIS is what the board of nursing is doing ? wow . It is all true. All true. Just like the meeting my former classmate attended saying ‘there were 4 armed cops at the BON meeting . ” the public has to be thinking, wow , is this a problem down there ! Anti-terrorist course: this course is for all….fat asses, skinny asses, boney asses, sad case of the gone asses, unschooled asses, networking asses, goodness of fit asses, and Jack asses, dumb asses, smart asses, illegal asses, and fat male asses with tiny whiny dictionaries, and know it all know nothing asses. This course should focus on terrorist prevention among staffers to reframe from tactics like lying, false documenting, threating and intimidation tactics, breach of confidentiality, and so on. The goal is self-explanatory.
PETA course: this course is for your fat asses ONLY from the ASBON, AZ nurses assoo, and the AZ att. Gen. off.. This course educates on how to lay off the consumption of animals, and animal made products. The goal is over time have your fat asses become skinny asses. All the fat asses should cease consuming animal products, and turn in all products made from animals. Fat asses should be given flip flops to wear, flip flops make nice little slapping sounds as you walk across the floors. The purpose of this is to disguise the cracking sounds of the floors, sidewalks, and streets with a flip flop slapping sounds instead. The flip flop slapping sounds are less terrifying than the cracking sounds of floors, etc. especially in a multilevel buildings.
Swollen head syndrome course: This course is specific to cranial diseases like the ice hole pea brains from azn asso (R. Schafer). This course covers swollen head issues, NOT mental illness, and it should cover cases where one obtains a power position and abuses the power with stupidity and ignorance. The goal is to recognize pea sized brains in oversized skulls, and that they are useless.
Blow it out your deep end without stinking up the room course: this course is for your board members since they sit so close together for such long periods of time. This course should educate on reframing from beans, and cabbage products one week prior to board meetings, and sphincter controls. The goal is self-explanatory.
Stiff neck and stone faced course: this course teaches those with good sniffers to disguise the fact they have caught wind of a blow it out your deep end course Violator. Jockey I will leave the training and curriculum to you since you’re a natural at stiff necks and stone faces.
The scratcher course: this course is specific for those with STDs, this course teaches how to carefully and in a prudent manner scratch in public by diverting attention. The staff who should take this course are those especially like v. smithy who writes up investigative reports with sexually explicit details that no self-respecting human would care about unless they were into pornography themselves.
