The idea of a nurse being taciturn in the open expression of patient abuse in todays health care is commonly known amongst nurses whose system for reporting is known to cause a failed career for that nurse. When a physician takes advantage of a hypercondriais patient, whose needs are only psychological, the trail of evidence for abuse maybe difficult to find. The secrets of unnecessary surgeries/treatments can be frequently found in ancillary departments such as radiology. The reporting of this activity to the medical board in Arizona is NEVER confirmed, and the name of that nurse is given to the physician whose henchmen dispatches its deputies, the AZBN, high priced attorneys, local police, and an odd group of emissaries that appear in public with queer comments. The nurse maybe left with an incapacitated wife whose life had remained in the balance for several years and the nurse responds in a rebellious maner to the wicked displeasure of the offending surgeon whose business dwindles as his known quackery spreads far and wide. The entire case could be easily remedied with honesty but the AZBN and the attorney general are so use to the road to perdition their political flexibility only follows the money. The road is much longer than they know.

Well, here we are presented with another case of a member of the Arizona Board of Nursing (allegedly) advertising themselves as an MD —–while working as a Nursing Professor—at the same time. Information was passed on to me from some other nurses in Arizona who stay on top of the Board and their activities since my case broke back in 2011. Governor Brewer appointed this individual to the position. The other individual was working as a Nursing Instructor at Scottsdale Community College and the AZ Medical Board made her take the credential off of her advertisement, however the AZBON never disciplined that person, Im inclined to think the same thing will happen with Ms. McCormies. Again, the Arizona Nurse Practice Act only applies to some nurses in Arizona, depending on who you are. It is not a universal document applicable to everyone.
You can not advertise as a licensed medical person and promote clients to pay you as such. But you can promote yourself as a nurse and serve the pub lic in the same capacity as a licensed nurse. The is no law governing what an unlicensed person can do as long as the client agrees and the nurse doesnt claim to have a license.

Nurse claimed he never knew what caused the attorney’s death. Only that ‘life is risk’. Many veterans will tell you the death glow last 2-3 days. You never know when lady luck will flip your case, but she will.

13)yes you can do a back ground check on them, your mgr, and anyone else involved .
14) no , it is not unprofessional conduct to tell the az bon , they are out of line and are acting like a prison gang , bully behavior.
15) do not trust any member that is on the azbon, works there, or is associated in any way.
16)no you do not have to join AZNA , they are a political hack .
17) No you cannot be fired for talking union while on your break or to co workers or reprimanded for it.
18) NO it is not unprofessional conduct to discuss your case with anyone, no matter what nonsense the AZBON tells you , the best advise is from those who have been through their scare tactics, sham courts, and uneducated untrained investigators .
19) The AZBON is not interested in public safety in any shape or form , they are interested in putting people on probation and revoking licenses using that statement but does not apply.
20)if you are a drug addict your case will remain confidential , you will be able to practice nursing , with little if any restrictions and no one will ever know .

When is the dir of the board of nursing going to toss in the towel, I know quite a few who would like to send her off !
