The Rebreather act of 2015, sponsored by the director and the then governor, Jan Brewer, requires all nurses & Assistants, to wear
one of these whenever appearing before the Board or Adm Law Ct. Evidently after about 10-15 seconds the nurse gets wicked placid in spite of perjury, tampering with evidence, and suborning perjury. The Board is absolutely thrilled with this new policy as they now can move large numbers of nurses & assistants around with a stick. One entrepreneur apparently tried to get Board members autographs for an Ebay auction as they thought it would bring big bucks. Oddly they refused, but I hear once the members hear how much cash they can make a reversal is likely.
